Not impressed with product. Asked to stop order. Instead received 3 more. Wtf

I signed up for delivery every 3 months. Then after only 1 month they sent me another shipment, the website NEVER sent any notification prior to shipping...they just sent a notification AFTER payment has been made. 1. Not sure why they sent me a shipment only 1 month after the last delivery 2. NOBODY responded to questions. NO chat window, and message is promised to be replied within 1-2 days, while I sent them message to cancel the order, of course I got another email with notification the item has been sent. Be careful with this provider! make sure you know what you signed up for!

Pricing is misleading, I went on for compounded semigultide. It says $99 per month but then there is also a $149 monthly fee in addition to medication which then went up to 200. So $350 per month. I will say medication was easy to get. I think if they have your money they will prescribe to you. The care is like a chop shop. I almost never spoke to same provider, the site was confusing about when to check in when you did the shot and when to update your prescription. I was actually kicked off by a doctor because I hadn't had a bowel movement instead of providing care, they cancelled my prescription to cover themselves.

Make sure you research before you get on their site. I found it misleading. It much more expensive then they tell you. It wasn't until I paid the $99. dollars that I found out the true costs. Also, they didn't have the name brand weight loss drugs and would offer the compounded drugs. Which are not approved. Now I have to try to get the $99 back. It was a waste of time.

I was just trying to get questions answered. They charged me the $99 and no refund. I find that to be horrible customer service. They didn't do anything. LITERALLY answered 3 questions and was charged $99.

After payment, they notified me that they were sending the medicine, but it never arrived. I tried to get in touch and they gave me very poor service. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Customer service is terrible. Orders get lost all the time. Trying to get anyone to respond is terrible. I finally gave up and cancelled it

Very nice but useless customer service! Three weeks trying to solve an issue with my re-fill order and still waiting for a solution.
