I loved how fast I received the meds but I didn’t understand the instructions at first, then it was too late, I had already taken to much. When I woke up and felt so bad I looked deeper into the instructions, I looked deeper and saw you had a video to watch so you could understand how much to take. I’m ok except for extreme nausea but my headaches are not as bad.

The price of the medication and subscription is the only two things that is upsetting

I like the idea of Ro, I am very frustrated and disappointed that I have to pay $79 a month to be part of this program. I joined because I wanted to be on GLP-1’s and to save some money. Now I have to pay another $80. Not so sure how long I will stay because of that

Their communication is terrible. I would love to talk with someone, but I see no phone number and it seems virtually impossible to explain what you want. They keep sending messages. The customer should be able to communicate better.

I started the process with the impression I would get the Wegovy pill for $39 month. I found out later in the process that I was rejected for that and would only be eligible for the injection that cost $238 for 2months.

Charges without Notification. Does not fully understnad terms and contional before agree to be charged.

It works but results are to long

The app is very clunky. The prices changed daily. I clicked a link and I had to keep creating a new account then it would be like - user found.. log in? And the emails went to the website not the app. And the app always had ads playing up
