Awful experience of paying for a membership that is supposed to be refunded without getting medication because it doubles then triples in price with a few months. But they don’t tell you that until get you for the membership. RO is fraudulent at best. Also they don’t have a customer help line. Which is always a good sign of a poorly run company. Any company without NO PHONE NUMBER is not to be trusted. Any reply will be from an AI is not to be trusted. Including replies below on trust pilot

Unclear and decieving
Unclear , unethical, setting up patient for failure . Plans increase over 110 percent after first month . Many fees , increasing memebership and minimal support .

Paid on time. Medication missing. Treatment interrupted.
Before signing up with Ro, consider what happens when a delivery goes wrong—and whether you can get meaningful help when you need it.
I paid for Wegovy pills as part of my planned transition from tirzepatide 15 mg and continued paying my monthly Ro membership. My order was marked as delivered to my office at 6:30 a.m. on September 22, 2026, even though I had already told Ro that the office opens at 8:30 a.m.
I checked with staff and searched for the package. It was nowhere to be found.
At the time of writing, it has been 12 days since my last tirzepatide injection, and my planned medication transition has been disrupted. My appetite and food noise are returning, and I am anxious about the interruption.
I reported the problem through the Ro app, but the responses have left me feeling that my concerns are not being taken seriously. I was told I would need to wait another week without receiving a clear, satisfactory resolution.
What frustrates me most is the disconnect: Ro emphasizes following your medication schedule, yet when a delivery problem prevents that, I am left waiting for answers. A tracking status saying “delivered” does not change the fact that I have not received the medication I paid for.
I understand that shipping problems can happen. How a company responds is what matters.I expected someone to take ownership, investigate the delivery, arrange a replacement without charging me again, and connect me with my prescribing clinician about the treatment gap.
For a paid healthcare service, reliable follow-through matters just as much as an easy sign-up process.
I am still seeking a concrete resolution and will update this review fairly if Ro resolves the issue. Based on my experience so far, I would urge prospective customers to ask how missing shipments and treatment interruptions are handled before committing to a membership.

DO NOT USE Ro!!!
DO NOT USE Ro!!!! What a rip off! I was charged over $800 for a 3 month supply. Costs are hidden and always increase.
There are other companies to get your GLP-1 medication. Find another or use Ro if you want to get ripped off.

Not happy with the deceiving message…
Not happy with the deceiving message that doesn’t state everything is separate
Response from RoSep 25, 2026
Hi Lindsey! I apologize if there was some confusion with our pricing. Medication costs are not included in the Ro Body Membership fee. We do break everything down for patients during the online visit and patients are required to agree to the terms before submitting. I'll drop a link to our website to help clarify any confusion over pricing and/or membership fees: https://ro.co/weight-loss/pricing/
If you have any additional questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to [email protected] and we'd be happy to assist!

No value in the Membership. No refunds
If you are going to charge a membership fee, you need to offer something to the customer they find helpful. The membership doesn't help you in any way. Might have less complaints if you combine your pricing so it is more understandable and up front to the customer. If someone needs to cancel a membership, it is best practice to cancel it and stop charging them from that date. It's pretty simple. Combining cancelation would also be helpful. If one is canceled so should the other especially because the subscription doesn't offer any value to the customer. I canceled my medication (wasn't charged for the medication) and then the membership on the same day it was charged. No refund or even a customer service number to call. $149 for absolutely nothing. I literally could of thrown the money out the car window. At least that might of helped someone.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback regarding your experience. We are genuinely concerned to hear that you felt your membership did not offer helpful benefits and that our pricing structure was unclear. Your comments about combining pricing and streamlining cancellations are particularly insightful.

Complete ripoff
Complete ripoff. The price they show you is not the real price. It will not include the medication and they will not tell you until it’s too late. This company is horrible. Avoid!!!!!
