I was interested in RO weight loss program and I am sorry I did. They bait you into believing the cost will be around $300 a month and when you sign up for the $99 required fee, you find out the medication is $800-900 a month. The $99 is non refundable for a 10 minute consultation with a nurse practitioner. Be aware that RO is a rip off

The weight loss drug available through Ro is ineffective. In fact, I have gained 2.5 this week since my first injection. I have experienced no hunger suppression, no change in appetite and even none of the possible side effects from the drug. It is like the vial of medicine was simply water. At the time of this critique, Ro has not followed up with my concern.

RIP OFF. $99.00 to be told that I qualify then 150.00 for medication. I already have a prescription just looking for cheaper cost.

Be VERY WARY of ALL (Futurhealth etc) these companies. They are misleading abt their pricing structure. You will also end up getting more charged to ur card than originally told. Also, take with grain of salt the super positive reviews. They are extremely suspect&Iwouldn’t doubt that RO and the others are manipulating the reviews making it look like legit customers. I found exact SAME verbiage praising 2 out of 3 DIFFERENT companies.

Misleading pricing. Said $145 a month. The second month I was charged $145 then $299 the next week. They said on was meds and one was the monthly fee. Expecting $145 a month I was charged $404. Totally deceptive.

$145 for "healthcare" but no phone number, just in app messages and emails. The, $299 for semaglutide. $450 a month is too high.

Their website leads you to believe that you are getting a GLP-1 drug for $149 per month - which is a similar price to several other websites offering the same type drug. But you are required to give them $50 upfront to order a test kit. Only after you do this will they answer any specific questions for you to find out that the $149 is an ongoing monthly fee only for them writing the prescription, which is absolutely ridiculous and extortion. They responded to all my questions very quickly (within 30 minutes) … except the one about canceling the $50 test kit, which they waited to respond to until 2 days later, and told me it was too late and that I could not be refunded for the $50 charge. How dishonestly convenient for them! Crooks. Went to ZipHealth and got the GLP-1 for $150 a month- with no fees whatsoever for their doctor writing the prescription.
