Wrost Experience Ever! They make it look like (in there adds and in the process of purchasing) you are getting simiglutide for $100 the first month and $145 after. In actuality it $900 month! Be careful read all the fine print,don't let them take you. You can get both simiglutide and retatrutide with Peptide Scince with no gimics or false advertising. Hope this helps the next person to not make my mistake!

Horrible shipping??? How about NO shipping!!! I’m a returning customer and my order for there most common product never showed. I sent THREE emails and after THREE weeks, I finally said forget it… the product wasn’t that good for the money. You would think after 3 weeks of being lost in the china-shuffle, I would get some semblance of customer service. Because these are straight from the orient, I got nothing but form letters back.

Terrible shipping. I live in upstate NY my package originated on long island then went to another city in NY. Then they shipped it to Ohio! Where it sat for two days. Finally it arrived in my home town Friday at 1130. I thought I'd get it Friday or Saturday. It's Sunday and I still haven't gotten the package. To make matters worse the tracking still has the Friday arrival no movement in two days.

The customer service is terrible. They write you a prescription but they can't help you find a pharmacy that has it in stock - so you need to call around to find one. The catch? When you do finally find a pharmacy that has it in stock you need to send them a message with the pharmacy name and address which RO will respond to in 1-2 days (there is no phone number). And after all of that work, customer service still regularly sends it to the wrong pharmacy and to correct the problem is another 1-2 day delay - by which time the original pharmacy that you located is now out of stock. But you still pay $145 per month for the prescription and "customer service" even when you can't get your meds. It's a total ripoff.

Been two weeks since my card was card was charged, nothing has been delivered . I email them and all I get is a computer generated response of which is no help .

Please research other suppliers, Ro charges $145 monthly for so called subscription, I checked 4 other suppliers, and no one charges subscription fee, this is not right--I ended up paying an extra 7 months of $145 for nothing. Now I am paying a total of $290 for same prescription with another supplier. Check around before you purchase from Ro.Com

Ro will not honor the contractual language of their body program, which states that "If medication is never prescribed, you will be refunded your purchase price and you will not be enrolled in the automatically renewing Ro Body Program Membership". This is literally the language in their legal contract, and they will not honor it. If you sign up with them hoping to get something covered by insurance and you wind up ineligible, even if there is no prescription, they will NOT refund your money as indicated above; they will simply keep it and you will not receive commensurate value in exchange. It's a complete rip-off in my opinion and also in my opinion is scammy behavior. Don't get tricked - do business with a more reputable company.
