I wanted to leave a review due to advertising in areas that are not serving yet. However, after reading all the other reviews, I am glad I was not the next victim of poor advertisement and inadequate billing and providing correct products.

First, I understand medication is not part of the monthly fees, no problem. I wanted my insurance to be used which from their own communication would take longer for review, approval, denial, etc. Yet within an hour of submitting my information and making sure I checked that I wanted my insurance used instead of a cash pay, they did exactly the opposite. It's great that I was approved for a script, but when you immediately want to send it to a pharmacy that will charge non insurance prices, what is the point? Ro did not save me any money. I would have been done with a compounded product, but was never given the choice. Agree with another reviewer that indicated it's a bait and switch routine. Do your research and stay away from them in if possible.

Complete bait and switch paid a fee which advertised cost of product. That was for an approval and then more money on top of that. I was charged and received absolutely nothing This should be fully disclosed up front. I got reply its for a consultation. I went through a series of questions to tell me I could pay more for the medication.

Can't give 0 stars. Quotes a price, then requires a payment for something else, only to then reveal there is a different payment on top. It is just overall predatory advertising.

Now in the second week of waiting for my order to arrive after being told it would be 2-5 days. This has happened with the past three orders. Luckily, my meds are not critical. I hope they don't do this with meds that people actually need to have to live. Product is good, prices used to be OK, but now I can get 5 times as much of the same meds for the same price from one of their main competitors.

I paid for subscription and was told my meds for weight loss was on the way. A month goes by and still no meds! Then they charge me again for the next months meds. I paid almost $300 for Zepbound and still no meds. They refused refund and said they don't guarantee I received anything. ??? . So I canceled subscription and I'm looking for legal help. Shady business!!!🤬🤬🤬

Typical bait and switch on the GLP-1. Lots of HUGE BOLD pricing, with fine print that more than doubled the price. NO way to talk with someone. I can go to a local provider for half the price, and be able to talk to a real, live, human being. Remember when you used to have a conversation with people?

Beware of the subscription service. The hidden fine print locks you in even after you cancel.
