Took my money very quickly for Zepbound. Provided the wrong dosage, just the minimum. Then cancelled me for a reason I just could not understand. I repeatedly asked for a phone call, but they flat out refused, saying the were 'too busy'.
STAY AWAY! I have had much better luck using Remedy Meds....you should too...

For anyone that rated RO above a 1
For anyone that rated RO above a 1, I bet you never needed customer service. Here’s how that works. No phone number to talk to anyone, send them an email and they get back to you in a day or two. If that’s good with you then this might be the place for you. Any real business that offers zero customer support isn’t a serious business. I’d check other options this place is much more expensive than others as well. Pay more and be treated like crap🤷🏻♂️

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. They forgot to deliver my Sparks order. I messaged them, asking the ETA, since the tracking on their site is useless. They dodged my questions and said that they'd refund me. I responded that I just wanted the order and they decided to just cancel it, and still I haven't received a refund. Don't waste your time with Ro

I ordered and paid for ED medication on November 30th and as of December 30th I have not received anything. They keep changing the delivery date with all kinds of excuses for 30 days. This is a scam. Avoid. I initiated refund through PayPal. I hope I can get my money back.

Still got charged monthly subscription…
Short: Still got charged monthly subscription fee even after a confirmed cancellation, 8 days before. Now have to initiate a charge back. Avoid.
Adding the full story as they responded to try to correct this. But it’s not just the money, yea that’s annoying, but this is healthcare and it’s all about trust. Of the company, the doctors and medicine and billing, which Ro completely controls.
On my 15th week of treatment, but meds were issued from a new compounder, I had an adverse reaction to an injection that required urgent and immediately medical attention. After reporting this, Ro’s doctor recommend we stop treatment and refunded the cost of the medicine, I thought was nice. And Ro (not me) also started the subscription cancellation process, but was told that fee is non-refundable, which is fine. By the end of the day I got a confirmation notice it was cancelled. And in the patient portal I saw it WAS cancelled, and noticed that this removed access to my weight history. I thought, well I am glad I kept my own recorded of it so no big deal.
I was surprised 8 days later when I got charged that subscription fee again. I logged into the portal to find that it was no longer cancelled! I did nothing to initiated this, as there is no un-cancel button. Nor did I receive any notice that it was re-activated. Very suspicious as it re-activated on its own, just in time to get charged (and hoping I wouldn’t notice?). So I then initiated the cancel process myself on the portal. While there is no way to tell if this was a mistake or outright fraud, it makes me lose trust in Ro. If they are not vetting and doing due diligence on the easy part of their business process, that they 100% control: to charge their own customers properly, how can one trust them to do the hard part of vetting choosing a safe and legitimate compounding pharmacy? I picked Ro as it seems more trust worthy, but here we are. I also don’t trust that my subscription won’t magically re-activate again before then next billing cycle. And if you can’t trust that, how can you trust anything else? As only they control where the medicine is sourced from, you have no choice but to trust them, and I no longer can.

Do not do it
Do not do it,
As I have read other reviews, they just want your money. They will continue to send you the prescription and take your money even after you’ve canceled the subscription. I like many others signed up just to see and canceled directly after being that it was too expensive. However, despite canceling i was still charged for the product.

Hi there- I'm sorry to hear you had a negative experience with us. If you cancel your subscription after a prescription is written, we are unable to cancel an order already in progress.
