When my shipment came there was no medication in the package Just needles and paperwork. I have tried and tried to make contact with someone to help with the issue. I did put a complaint in with PayPal and hopefully I will get some result. I have done everything that they have ask me to do. I sent photos of the package and the content of the package. No one has reached out to me. When I send the photos by email as I was asked to do they send it back saying they need more information.

This company has no remorse, understanding, compassion, or LOGIC. I don't waste my time writing reviews, but this company needs to be called out. Do not give them a single cent. They are a scam and the definition of greed. I have never dealt with a business that could care less for their customers than this one.

Scam, Bad business practices, company won’t disclose that they are charging you for a body program subscription before they give you the Rx and will charge 300-1000 monthly just for the medication. Scammy business practices. Avoid at all cost! The good reviews are fake!

I read about this company on Reddit as a way to get cheap finasteride. Two weeks after my prescription was supposedly sent, I still have no updates. Customer service won't even answer my messages.

False advertising paid way more than I expected for one month. Injections didn’t help me poor customer service they wouldn’t refund me for the month that I canceled even though never received care for would highly not recommend this company. Others are out there that are more honest with their business practice.

Staff is unhelpful and take forever to respond AFTER THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY. Before that time, you get speedy responses. Also, they don’t want you to use your insurance so they can make more money by trying to get you to buy the prescriptions directly from them. Total garbage company

Hi there- we want patients to use their insurance in the event that their insurance covers GLP-1 treatment. Unfortunately, some plans do not over coverage for GLP-1s for weight loss.
