Absolutely terrible, bait-and-switch tactics. I ordered their 3-in-1 spray, and all was good. Then I look at the plan and they changed it to $450 every 3 months. This flies in the face of their own pricing page. So I contacted support, and they said yes they're going to charge me that much. No response to their own product pages having completely different pricing shown.

After canceling my prescription for not arriving (2 of 3x) my account was still charged yet again. Dozens of emails with ‘managers’ regarding their ‘no refund policy’ I was assured that my $93 would be refunded and may take 10 business days. I’m beyond that now and still have yet to be refunded. I won’t allow them to auto-bill me again. Be wary all.

Very bad customer service. Signed up to take advantage of the 3 month hair regrowth for $110 for minoxidil and finasteride. After I received my first months bottle, I had read that minoxidil spray can be fatal to dogs and I had a brand new puppy licking my head and sleeping up by my head so I can’t take the risk. I asked them to exchange the first months spray for pills and future months to pills since they are the same price. They said no refunds and that if I want to pills I need to pay $150. They haven’t even said if they are still sending my other 2 months worth of sprays yet either because they cancelled that prescription plan. To get ahold of anyone they have a messaging platform in the app which takes about 3 days for anyone to respond. Just go with Hims and stay away from this company.

This is a total scam. I paid almost $200 and have gotten no medicine at all. They are a bait and switch scam that does not lower costs compared to a normal doctor and does not provide any refunds on their services even if you never fill a prescription. Warning - stay away.

RO is VERY misleading as to the overall price of receiving medication. There’s a ridiculously high fee for consultation plus the prescription charge. They’re extremely hard to reach. No phone calls. And billing issues sent via messaging and email are ignored. Disingenuous business with clearly deceptive marketing

The providers would rarely read the history or notes, ask the same questions over and over because they didn't pay attention, the refill process was challenging and there was no way to speak with anyone except through the app. When I had side effects upon increasing dosage, one provider agreed to decrease the dosage and when I went to refill another provider said I couldn't be on the medication anymore despite my doctor and cardiologist agreeing that decreased dosage would be fine. When I tried to respond the provider had shut off my account and I got no response from anyone. Terrible experience the whole 5 months I was with Ro.

Hot and cold, the doctors seemed to be on doing the best that they can with communication and execution at times but still fell short on promptness, if 2-4 days go by and I have to follow up for a response then it’s substandard, overall it’s not sufficient enough for me. I went through a back and forth about 3-4 times. The issue with the copay of $600 with my insurance for meds vs $30 I was paying before, never got resolved so I gave up. Worthless and a waste of time.
