Very misleading pricing
Very misleading pricing. I would be sure you get your total monthly cost and search against their competition. They lose every time.

Don't Waste your time or money
Doesn't provide clear pricing, was given estimate of $245 and it actually cost $1000

NOT AS DESCRIBED
This is not a reliable place to get compounded semiglutide if you have ever used before. Additionally, if you expect to talk to a physician immediately or have some sort of interaction with one to answer questions before they start taking your money, forget it. And trying to contact support for help was terrible because you can't speak to anyone because of "high call volumes" requiring you to send emails only and waiting for only partial responses.
I needed to get my current dose of medicine but essentially they send detailed instructions that you will be started on the lowest dose and be gradually raised to your current dose over 5 months it my case. Essentially after the $45 to fill out information, the $149 for first month, then $250 for each subsequent month of getting under dosed medication, I would have to pay $1194 before getting to the dose I am on.
Again, had they explained upfront that I could not speak to a provider immediately, I would not have tried to become a member. Had they clarified that I would have to start at lowest dose, despite entering in my current dosing, I would have opted against trying the service. Had I been able to actually get real time customer support before they started taking my money, I never would have had to write this negative but honest review.

They don’t respond very fast in email…
They don’t respond very fast in email when you are trying to cancel. Also there’s no direct number everything is email and text it’s not the best for some people.

Terrible execution
Pricing is very bait-and-switch, extremely hard to understand. Invoices do not match what is in the order history, and somehow you have multiple orders for the same treatment.
At any rate, the product is horrible quality. The spray bottle doesn't work in concept, and to make matters worse, the bottle I was shipped is defective. It just leaks all over wasting the product.

One of the worst companies I ever did…
One of the worst companies I ever did business with, charged me for a product than sent me a email saying I typed in my birthday wrong, so I'm like ok, then the email says take a pic of your driver's license and send it to them, at this point my card was charged but no product sent, I informed them no way in hell I was sending a picture of my license, gees identity fraud is bad enough, so I never could get in touch with anyone, NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL,so I had to cancel my card charge, them days later they send a email saying they will update my birthday ony account, so I go to ro.co, it was like I never even visited, my order was not there and I suppose they wanted me to do all that application again like from beginning, what a joke, don't bother, oh and yes they try to put you on a monthly shipping even though you don't want it

Ro's website uses bait and switch…
Ro's website uses bait and switch advertisement. The website says glp-1 for $139/month. Nowhere do they tell you that that money is for a subscription fee which they take from you before they tell you that it is not for the medication, which cost several hundred dollars per month. You find that out more than a week later. Their communication is not fluent. When you message them, they respond 24 hours or more later. They should be transparent about the true cost involved instead of being deceptive. I will post this review in many other places to warn people. I have a painful autoimmune condition and it is not easy to work, so I can ill afford to give money away to unscrupulous entities.

Hi there- I'm sorry for the confusion. Ro's membership fee is for provider visits, coaching, diagnostics, unlimited messaging, and insurance support. It does not include the cost of medication. We appreciate your feedback.
