Website is easy to use and very clear.

Was easy to understand except for the billing. I signed up for the 12 month plan not realizing that it would be one payment. It sounded like it would be a monthly payment not an annual payment. But other than that, it was perfect.

So far so good. Just starting the process.

Easy on-line application process. Quick response & approval. Good communications. Pricing for 12 month membership a bit high, but competitive.
