Horrible customer service and the most unreliable shipping imaginable. In the last year of their service, I had six deliveries either not arrive on time or at all. Their customer service was unhelpful and said they’d only give me credit that was 33% of what I paid and they did not resend the medication even with proof it did not arrive AND was fraudulently signed for by the delivery driver.

This RO product does not work for me.

I had an awful experience, and cannot recommend Ro. I answered all the questions, paid them for the membership, chose a medication I had specifically decided on after a ton of research, and was prescribed something else with no explanation. When I asked for an explanation, I received a non-reply from their AI. Since that didn’t answer my question, I asked for a better response and was told someone would be with me in 1-3 business days. I canceled my account. Also, the medication I selected when asked what I preferred was $199 for the first two months. Subsequent fills would be $349 (because my insurance doesn’t cover it) + the monthly membership fee of $149, for a total of $498. I’ve learned that because I have insurance, I could have gotten a savings card for the medication that would have made it $299 + an occasional co-pay for a PCP office visit. The whole experience left me both frustrated and angry. I will never do business with Ro again.

You have zero live, meaning real person, customer service. Your fake ai agent is useless. You have deceptive trade practices you showed on your website the meds and said for a limited time the first prescription would be $39 but that turned out to be you just processing my application. You provide zero info on the efficacy of pills vs shots then you try to re-market me with offers that are not any better than other sites. I ordered but I’m pretty sure you’re going to use fraudulent business practices to steal from me now you have my credit card. It’s a pretty pathetic business model you have. Clean up your act

I have reviewed your emails to me and the monthly price was quoted at $149 per month for wegovy. However, when I signed up on 9/24/2026 the charge per month was $199. I would call that a bait and switch. I will try the drug for three months. If it works, I will look for a better price than $199 per month. If I find such a price will cancel RO. I would never recommend RO.

When I looked at the pricing for GLP meds on Ro, they looked comparable to other programs (i.e. $149 a month), so I started the enrollment process with a $39 charge for the first month and $149 thereafter for the choice of a weekly Trizepitide shot. However, I subsequently learned that this was just for a program called “Ro Body,” the actual medication is another monthly charge of $149 (Trizepitide pill) or up to $299 a month for the Trizepitide shot. Therefore, the monthly expense for a weekly manufactured shot of Trizepitide (Zepbound) will cost you around $450, which is three times that of compounded version. Since the industry predominantly advertises the net monthly expense for GLPs, it seems disingenuous of Ro to charge separately for a provider to write and follow the prescription.

Totally useless and waste of time.
