Scam - beware For starters, after spending time to validate the need for weight loss medication in their questionnaire, they claim a provider will contact you. There was no contact. obviously they just use their platform as a pass through to put medications in te hands of those who want them. Importantly as I was hoping to continue my current prescription on a GLP-1, a message was sent to the provider to convey my current dosage (12.5mg/week) and the strength of compounded tirzepatide solution, as I was not looking to have a diluted solution requiring the SQ injection of a large amount of medication. Again no reposnse. Oh and btw, their website does NOT have a contact telephone number and furthermore says someone will get back to you in 3-5 days. Googling RO health, as they claim I did find a telephone number, but upon speaking with the party, they claimed they were in no way associated. The party said that they were "Ro HEalth" a telemedicine company that did not provide medication and in fact, was suing RO to cease and desist form their claim. Lastly, I received a credit card notification this morning of the chare for the physician consult ($45) followed by a additional charge of $399 for the medication at a starter dose of the minimal strength. No ability to contact them & no response, yetbewar they pay no attention to reviewing the patients profile and request. This a dangerous platform that disregards the most important part of providing quality care. If no response by end of day, I will be contacting appropriate entities including law enforcement & pharmacy health authorities.

The GLP-1 ads are beyond misleading and flirting with scam status. They advertise $145/month but that does not include the actual medication which is another $245. You don't find that out until you waste 15 minutes of your life filling out all the private information that I am sure has already been sold. They advertise it as an "insurance check" to see if there are any options that your insurance might cover. But you don't get the results of the insurance check without signing up and paying money. Terrible experience.

RO is a scam. I don’t understand what companies get for promoting their scammy practices especially for something like weight loss. I went to my PCP and she cleared me for a weight loss program but my company switched medical insurance and I no longer had a network with that doctor. I tried this program out but I’m not candidate based on my weight history but isn’t that what a weight loss program is for to help people lose weight. Don’t give them your money go somewhere else.

Liars. They lure you in saying that your treatment will be one price but once you've paid them the monthly price is much more than advertised.

Card was declined which was my fault. Ro acted like a never existed, cancelled my account, then offers to start me over at 2.5 Zepbound when 2 days ago they had me at 7.5. Nobody there cares, it’s $$$$. Welcome to big pharma, Ro. Avoid like the plague if you want customer service.

I ordered a recommend three month supply of the sparks and tried them but they did nothing for me. I contacted customer service and the informed me they would not allow a return and refund for the product. They do not easily dissolve under your tongue as they advertised. I believe this is false advertising on their part. I would not recommend their products to anyone!

GLP-1 Their ad is a little misleading-I initially went with them over other know companies as it looked like their prices were in line with others but they offered 100.00 off 1st month with it being 145.00 with 100 off equaling a payment of 45 up front which I paid and 145 every month there after. well this in not the case the 145 is to see if you qualify for weight medicine and the medicine starts at 245 per month. So then I was informed that I could not get a refund because the $45 is for the consultation and to message the doctor and do a two minute assessment so all in all you’re paying $45 for the consultation then the first month you’re paying 145 and then after the first month 245 so you’re not getting $100 discount. It’s all a lie and you will not get your money back.
