I’m very disappointed in my introduction to this program. I was assigned to Samantha Mathos as my RN to speak with me. I joined the call promptly at 2:45. Since it was my first time, after 5 minutes I emailed her asking if this was still a good time as she was still not on the call. So being proactive, I joined the call on a different browser thinking that might be the issue. Finally, after 10 minutes, she joined the call. Immediately she said, “you were late and I had to use the restroom” explaining to me her tardiness. I kindly stated that I had been in the video call since the start of the meeting. I didn’t intend for this to be an argument I simply wanted her to know I was not purposefully tardy. She stated that it only said 3 minutes on her end, and rudely asked if I wanted to reschedule. Completely shut me down and cut me off. She was cold and callus in her demeanor and facial expressions. It made an already difficult call, more uncomfortable. I left the call feeling extremely upset rather than excited for the new journey. I hope someone sees this and provides this feedback to her. As someone who’s in the service industry, I’m constantly looking for ways to improve and am open to feedback. Hopefully Samantha is as well because as a nurse, she should be considerably more warm in my opinion.

This is the Bait and Switch Scam of the year. I asked for Ozempic in the very beginning and after they took my membership $$ they would review my case and make a determination of eligibility and then we could proceed to selection of a treatment plan. All is well and good and I am accepted, you will be too, and then I am informed that due to inventory shortages I will have to choose one of three other products that they can ship immediately. No option to pass and have my $$ refunded, just an option to choose one of the the three alternatives. I closed the page an returned to the RO web page to look for a phone number to call. NOPE! A while later I received an email about making my selection of the three products that could be shipped. I replied that I was not interested in Bait and Switch products and had made clear that Ozempic with my choice in the beginning and that I wanted a refund. Still they want to play endless email games. They hide their contact number. When you find it and call the conveniently can't answer your call because of the high call volume, wonder why? KISS YOUR $$$ GOODBYE Here is the worthless # if you want to check it out. 888-798-8686

I find them to be misleading and use shady business tactics. For instance, I had to pay an arbitrary $45 just to find out they don't have the medicine I want and they only offer a medicine over 2x the cost they advertise to get you to sign up.

They decided to raise the initial cost of the semaglutide in a bait and switch after I paid them!! I hate when businesses play word games to take your money!! I’d be very careful dealing with them, if they do it once they’ll do other things that are sketchy later too!! I don’t trust them at all now!!!!

I used this company to try and get on a weight loss medication which I was able to do successfully. The problem I have with this company is there is zero communication. The app is not clear on whether or not your subscription is still active and you’re gonna get your next script. I messaged customer service about three times because it says that my subscription is inactive and I am unable to contact my provider. But then when I go to cancel subscription, it says my subscription is still active. I’ve been waiting four days in between responses and at one point they were telling me I needed to start a new intake form, but then when I clicked on the link, they sent me it was not allowing me to do a new intake form I feel like this was a big waste of time and money and I’m gonna have to start this process all over again when they message me finally, I immediately message them back and there is four days with no response. I would not recommend this app to anyone go elsewhere for any sort of health needs that you need because the communication is abysmal. I have date and timestamps of all messages back-and-forth between the company and it is ridiculous that the app is confusing and does not directly tell you if your membership is active and on top of that you cannot speak to anybody so now I need to know when my script renews and nobody is telling me even if I’m going to get a renewal on my script.

The ads that you see for Ro are very misleading, boarding on false advertising. They have commercials claiming GLP-1 medications for $145 a month. What they don't tell is that $145,is a membership fee and the cost of the medications could cost up to $1500. I canceled my membership within a 2 hour window and they refused to give my money back. They are scam artists. Stay away!!!!

This company is horrible, sent countless emails. No response even when you call they say to email. No response, there are charges on my credit card that can be disputed. They just continue to drain your account with zero customer service. Please go somewhere else!
