As many others have mentioned, their pricing and membership fees are very misleading and they are not honest about it. Total cost is around $400 a month. There is some bogus $149 monthly charge just to be a member and then $250 for the medication. Be advised before you sign up!

Order was waiting on hold to be approved by one of their prescribers for 4 days. Then a week and a half later it was still being processed. Finally I canceled the order. The staff and entire wait time for weeks on end say to order from ANYWHERE else.

Got a “shipped” notification of the Latisse I ordered on the 17th. But here it is the 26th and the UPS tracking still says “Carrier has not received package yet”. How long does it take to drop a pkg off at UPS??

Yet another bait and switch on the internet! Far more expensive than $145 per month! You have to sign up for $45 because of the $100 credit. Then they respond immediately and say “You are approved pick you medicine” and oh yeah by the way it’s an additional $99-$250 per month on top of $145!

Worst customer service because there is zero. Nobody to call only email. The problem is they do not respond to anyone's email. It been a month now and they still have not responded to the fact that they charged my brother in-law twice and never sent the product to him. Got a response with nobody to respond back too!

Bait & Switch…. They said start for $45 month but they really mean for their horrible app & no medication. They try to push you to other meds in the $500 per mo. Do not engage.

They dupe you into saying it’s $149 per month, and you pay $45 for a “consultation” and lab work that they say goes towards the $149. Then, after you get the lab results, they charge you the full $399/month without applying the initial $45 to that amount. The $149/month is for the program, and the MEDICATION is $254/month. Be prepared to pay $399 each month, just like every other GLP company out there.
