Beware! They charge $145 a month for support in addition to the medication. Support doesn’t exist. The medication arrived but any questions you have are answered in 3 days. Find someone else to buy from!

No refund or care about the patient. They don’t tell me any of these major side effects I could have with taking asthma medication plus their semaglutide medication. After I receive it I told them I don’t want to continue it after the side effects, and they won’t refund me any of my money even though I can’t use their product.

definitely a bait and switch, trick into buying and then pay more than advertised. Subscription is NOT paying for the medication itself, even though when signing up it seems that it is.

I agreed to a certain fee structure of 49 for the initial qualification visit, 149 for the first month and 250 a month after that - sounds straight forward right? Well i get a bogus charge after the 250 payment for another 145, so i contacted them to ask what it was for. They told me it was some 'body membership' they had not mentioned previous to this charge, so when i told them i dont want any random extra membership cause i had not agreed to that, those creeps cancel my membership instantly. No discussions, no justification or explanation of what it was or why they hadnt ever mentioned it before, just cancel me. Wow. Absolute garbage - do not do business with these people. I wont ever again.

Very slow to respond. I have used other platforms and never had one be this slow they say it can be up to 7 days. Go to your pcp.
