Not helpful at all. Would give 0 stars if able. They take your money and tell you you’re approved. Then waste your time for over a week before having the NP tell you you’re actually not approved and good luck.

I went to the website because it said I could get Zepbound for $145 a month. The website asked me a bunch of questions and said I qualified, then had me put a card on file to proceed and said I was signing up for the monthly prescription which gets billed $145 every month. After the providers reviewed my information, they said my insurance doesn’t cover it and I’d actually have to pay $300-$500 monthly for the prescription ON TOP of the $145 monthly consultation fee. Like what?!?! My primary care doctor charges half that and definitely doesn’t charge any kind of monthly consultation fee like what?? I’m convinced these 5 star ratings are all fake.

Immediately after I signed up (within minutes) I learned i can't take the medication. I tried to cancel and Ro refuses. They're collecting the monthly cost from my bank and refuse to stop.

Confusing payments, confusing everything. When i cancelled my subscription, they cancelled my order which I did not do. They refunded me $99 of the $349 I paid and gave me nothing. Do not fall for this BS.

This company is a scam. If you use the insurance checker, they will automatically tell you they can get you approved. It's a lie. They only tell you that so you'll pay the $145 monthly fee. Once you pay the fee, they'll tell you insurance denied your request. Then they offer GLP1s at a ridiculous price, $500+. I've since gone to a local compounding Pharmacy in Pittsburgh that offers the same for $150/month all in. No shady advertising to get your money. If you can afford to pay $500-$1000 for the medication and the $145 monthly consulting fee Ro is the company for you. If not, look for a local compounding Pharmacy near you. What Ro sells is compounded drugs anyway. Good luck. I'm sorry to those that Ro has burned like me.

I am very disappointed in Ro and I have used them for years with no issues! Started the weight loss tread and getting healthy for myself. Ro was easy to get the prescription and my meds were sent. First 2 months no problem. 3rd month in, and the meds showed shipped but the date kept changing. Then it showed canceled. I did what anyone would do, send a message and ask why, what happened, and what are you going to do to fix. YOU CAN ONLY SEND EMAIL, which they do not reply, then between the app that you thought was good and the website only turns you around in circles without providing help at all. You then message the Dr. who's only advise is that they sent your message to another department who in turns still does not contact you to fix anything. It was the most frustrating experience I have had in a long time.

Hey there- I'm sorry to hear this was your experience with us. We experienced some processing difficulties with our pharmacy partner this month that caused some shipping delays. I'm reaching out to get more information from you to see if there's anything we can do to make this right!

I used to use them for other online prescriptions. Then I wanted to get semiglutide from them. They lie and hide the pricing. It's about 200 more then my current provider and refuse to issue a refund after id been a return customer for years. The company now lacks transparency on pricing and customer loyalty

I buy latisse all the time, have been using it for years. Apostrophe closed their business so i was looking for a new provider. Filled out all the health forms and Ro comes back and says my state requires they speak to me. It’s total nonsense. I just went to two other providers and neither said they had to speak to me. I get other medications through telehealth and not once did they say they needed to speak to me. If i had to guess the purpose of the call is to try to upsell me. It didn’t work. I went elsewhere.
