They have unclear pricing $399 a month
They have unclear pricing. Expected $145 a month but that was just the membership fee. They charged another $254 for the medicine which was too low of a dose to do anything. Highly DON’T recommend.

This company is not worth the 145 "ongoing health care" services. Its is a bait and switch tactic worthy of the scummiest used car salesman. No support no refunds. If they is a pharmacy nearby that dispenses this medicine GO THERE.

No not use. They make you speak with a "care" team (which is an AI and no real responses to questions) that adds an additional $150 without telling you they're charging.

You’re expected to pay $150 a month for their healthcare, yet they won’t respond to messages regarding your healthcare. They don’t seem to know how to analyze insurance because the pharmacy wouldn’t fill my script. CVS said they needed authorization. I would avoid this company. UPDATE: They refunded me for the body plan thing. They say they have extensive wait times because of the workload.

They give you a tiny amount of meds make you think your paying $145 month the next month still a tiny amount and charged $259. Only checked in on first week then just sent meds week 4. Horrible company

Terrible customer service, 3-5 days to receive an answer to any question or issue you have. Received my meds 3 days after it was shipped all defrosted and warm. I guess I have to wait for 5 days before anybody can help with that. They charge you on time though!

Worst customer service. You can ask a question and they say they will get back to you in three days but don’t. And when they do - they do not directly answer your question. So you have a follow up question and again are told to wait. This went on for close to two weeks. No phone number at all to call.

Wow… this is got to be most challenging app ever to work with… Uploading photo copy the computer recognizes my photo with someone which is not true. Auto feature is not working I upload manually. I tried three different pictures, but it didn’t work. Uploading a driver license: tried uploading driver license and it’s unable to upload. It’s just some sort of video live and can’t take take pics. It took me 25 minutes to get to the next step in the process… worst app ever, i’m unable to get through anywhere. I’m only particularly interested on one item which is a weight loss product, I go to weight loss product and I fill out the information the 15th time. It keeps asking me for the same information. I want to get to the appointment stage and I cannot even get there. This was such a waste of time.
