I am extremely happy and with the excellent service Ro has provided me. I tried for weeks to schedule an appointment with my primary doctor without any success for a prescription refill. My wife suggested Ro and within a few days including weekends my prescription was refilled and will arrive at my front within 48 hours. Thank you!

The experience was quick, easy and convenient

Got denied by my insurance after a week of waiting, decided to check out Ro and had a prescription processing within 30 minutes of payment. So much faster and so much cheaper than trying to go through my doctor for a prescription

This was a breeze to use. The website is easy to navigate. I scheduled my appointment with uh a couple of days with numerous times available to choose from. The Doctor was professional,kind abd explained everything including asking me what other questions I had.

Always a little apprehensive going through an app for my Healthcare. But it was easy and streamlined. The PHYSICIANS got back and asked important Healthcare questions. My insurance wouldn’t pick it up, but that’s OK. I need to get started and my weight loss journey. I was approved for Zepbound and now waiting for the shipment. The app looks comprehensive and has some good videos. Injection videos were very educational. I am a nurse and was happy to see instruction for injection. I’m just getting started on the journey but so far so good..Will post in future to give a update on my experience.
