- I placed an order with Roman on 3/1/2025, almost an entire month ago as of date of this review. - My credit card was charged on 3/1/2025. - Required phone call with provider was completed on 3/5/2025, TWENTY days ago as of review. - Provider said he would clear order for shipment. - My account continued to indicate that a call needed to be conducted with provider. - I messaged Roman on 3/16/2025. I received no response. Ignored. - I messaged again on 3/17/2025. - A generic, useless response was received from Roman days later, on 3/22/2025, simply telling me that my provider would be notified for further assistance. - It is now 3/25/2025 and there has been NO resolution. They took my money, and have provided NO product and NO meaningful response. They are either scammers, are going bankrupt, or are completely incompetent.

This was an absolutely terrible experience because not only did they charge me for medication that they never sent me (only sent a few empty syringes to draw up a med I never got) But also proceeded to take the wellness portion of it without even responding to my messages or giving any type of education. This is a terrible company with horrible customer service and that does not respond, but they are very good at tricking you into signing up with them.

I never signed up for the "Body" subscription. I merely wanted medication. It was not made clear that I would be charged $145 a MONTH for absolutely nothing except renewing my prescription which involved nothing but me checking a few boxes on the website. Of course, the prescription was an additional cost. They have not refunded this outrageous fee. Buyer beware, I guess - Let my situation be your warning!

They won’t process my refund after I told them I didn’t want the service. They required additional information and procedures that I don’t have access to. When I told them I can’t and had to cancel the same day. Their policy says they’ll keep your first payment even though they haven’t done a single thing. Just a bot talking to you who is under a PA.

Worst customer service. I've been trying to contact you for days for help. I got tired of waiting and ended up hiring another service. Yet, you still charged me even though I never used anything, and you're still not responding. This is a scam.

One of the worst companies I ever had to deal with the lack of communication is ridiculous. It took me a week just to try to speak to customer service stay away from this company is horrible. There's too many companies out there like this. Choose a better one but stay away.

This whole company feels like a scam. Yeah it’s easy to sign up but their costumer service is joke. I Was told my prescription would be sent to the pharmacy once approved. Prescription was sent to pharmacy that day but I was unable to actually get the medicine because my prior authorization never went through. I had to send multiple messages through their website since there is no actual costumer service number you can contact anyone, first red flag. I had multiple costumer service people reach out after days of trying to message them to get my issue resolved and every person was telling me something different so it was all very confusing and not professional at all. I cancelled the body membership and then lost all access to it, even though I had just paid the 145$ for the month. Of course the first costumer service person told me I would be issued a refund, then I received another messaging stating they do not offer refunds at all. Again no one is on the same page and they just tell you whatever. Would not even have bothered reviewing if I would have had access to the program for the rest of the cycle I paid 145$ for.

Bad services, I found costs that they had not said, they respond to requests and have problems after days. really a bad service
