I have taken a similar weight loss injection and lost 15 lbs in a month. This one I did not lose anything. I do not recommend to.com to anyone and will be going back yo my local place that gave me my first prescription. Yes, that will be more expensive for me, but I wasted $300 for nothing!!!

Quite honestly some of the worst…
Quite honestly some of the worst customer service I've experienced. RO is fine as long as you don't have to deal with customer service. Despite charging a lot for their products they choose to use cut rate shipping measures called MailInnovations. This is where it starts with UPS and you get a tracking number...great! But then they hand it off to USPS for final delivery....and this is where tracking ends. So you literally have no idea where your package is. I was supposed to receive mine over a week ago. Sent several messages to RO...and crickets. There is no customer service number to call, it's so unbelievably bad customer service. Will be cancelling once I get my product...assuming I eventually get it.

Don't trust RO. It is a fraud! Unresponsive and nontrustable
I was charged for the membership fee for two months. I received the medication during the first month, but my insurance didn’t approve it for the second month. The company was unresponsive, and they canceled my membership before the due date!

Terrible customer service
I signed up, and there was good communication right up until they shipped my product without telling me and I happened to be going out of town. The package required refrigeration, and it arrived the afternoon of the day I left. I was out of town for three days, so the product sat outside all that time. I tried contacting them numerous times. Not one response. The communication was good until after the order was placed. Then nothing. I have requested a refund, but have not had any response to that either.

I just cancelled my subscription for…
I just cancelled my subscription for GLP-1 medication due to unresponsive doctor team. The service was fine when they were responding, which is initially pretty good. Once I got a couple months into my treatment and payments, the communication was non-existent. They failed to address simple communication regarding change in coverage through the messaging system. Their delay is so terrible that I wasn't able to continue my prescription treatment schedule on time.

Horrible support/management
Horrible website/navigation (literally broken as well as unusable on mobile), and no responses over 9 days about trying to change to oral finasteride from minoxidil (despite being quite sure that I initially selected finasteride!!!). Super frustrating.

Stay away from Ro - False advertising and promotions 🚨
I had a truly disappointing experience with Ro. I signed up using a promotional offer that promised a free month — credits were applied, and my membership was active. During that time, a prescription was issued. Later, when my insurance denied coverage, I requested to pay out-of-pocket through LillyDirect. Shockingly, I was told the prescription couldn’t be sent unless I paid for another month — even though it was issued when my membership was active.
This is deceptive. The promotional credits were presented as a full month of service, but now they’re saying I have no access unless I keep paying? That’s misleading and feels like a bait-and-switch. I’ve read their terms of use, and there’s nothing stating that a prescription becomes invalid if you don’t renew. They’re gatekeeping access to a medication I’m willing to pay for out-of-pocket — which is not only unethical but borders on abuse.
Customer service has been slow, dismissive, and refuses to escalate. I’ve never left a bad review before, but I want others to be warned. I’m in the process of filing a legal/formal complaint. Beware.

Ro Health Is a Danger to Patients
Ro Health Is a Danger to Patients — A Case Study in Negligence and Regulatory Red Flags
I’m writing this review not just as a disappointed customer — but as someone deeply concerned that Ro is actively endangering patients and operating in a way that demands investigation by regulatory bodies like the FDA, FTC, and state medical licensing boards.
I initially switched to Ro from Fella due to budget constraints, but what I encountered was not just poor service — it was a healthcare company that is structurally incapable of delivering safe, legal, or ethical care.
To begin with: I clearly communicated my prior treatment with tirzepatide, a GLP-1 medication. I completed Ro’s full intake process, answered every question honestly, and submitted labs promptly. Without any direct consultation or review of my history, a provider I never spoke to unilaterally prescribed me semaglutide at the starting dose — as if I were a brand-new patient to GLP-1s.
This is not just bad practice. It’s a potential violation of basic clinical protocols and a serious safety risk to patients, especially when titration and drug history are ignored.
I was immediately charged, before I could speak to anyone or correct the error. There is no way to speak to a live human. All communications must go through the app, where messages are returned days to more than a week later — an unacceptable delay for any patient, especially one on prescription medication requiring regular monitoring and adjustment.
When I finally reached someone, I was promised a correction. Instead, I was double charged and lost out on the first-month discount, which no one has refunded. Every follow-up inquiry has been met with days-long silences, robotic apologies, or outright non-response.
But the most egregious failure was Ro’s complete inability to correctly process a basic insurance preauthorization — which I spent six weeks trying to resolve. First, they submitted nothing. Then I had to instruct them on how to do their job — by calling the number on the back of my insurance card, which they already had on file. Even then, they submitted the wrong documentation, causing a denial — and now they are refusing to try again.
During that time, I ran out of medication. I requested a refill. No one ever responded.
Ro continued to charge a monthly administrative fee — despite not filling prescriptions, not managing titration schedules, and not responding to messages. They are now refusing to refund those charges, even though they failed to provide even a basic level of care.
Regulatory Concerns:
No consistent access to a licensed provider
Failure to consider prior medication history before prescribing
No informed consent or live consultation before treatment plan changes
Dangerously slow response times with no escalation path
Lack of a patient support hotline or emergency contact
Billing without service, and refusal to refund erroneous or duplicate charges
Negligent handling of insurance documentation resulting in treatment delays
Ro is not just a broken system — it is a potentially dangerous operation masquerading as healthcare. Their model appears to prioritize recurring billing over patient safety, and their lack of live support or responsive clinical staff raises serious ethical and legal concerns.
If you’re considering Ro for your healthcare needs — don’t. If you’re a regulator reading this: this is a company in urgent need of scrutiny.
