ZERO STARS!! This company charged me $199 and then turn around and charged my card for another $145 in the same month without my consent. I was supposed to be paying $199/month. Now they are saying I must also pay $145/month just to access the doctor. It was my agreement to pay the $199/month, but NEVER did I agree to pay an extra $145/month. I cannot even get a refund for the $145 from this company. I’m just shit out of luck. I HATE THIS COMPANY!!!!

They are unhelpful and unresponsive. Please use any other health app... they are borderline incompetent. It's impossible to talk to a real person or even the same person. I wish there was a zero stars option.

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND GO LITERALLY TO ANY OTHER HEALTH APP! To is by far the most over priced and under delivering service I’ve found on the entire internet. When you do have an issue you are simply told to send a message and they’ll reply within a week. Their own words not mine! It’s confusing, misleading, over priced, and basically price gauging people who simply want their medicines delivered to their house. Lucky for us there are so many apps doing what ro does, and doing it so much better! So literally try any one of them and skip right past ro. Cause it’s a joke!!

The first months th Ro was very helpful. I didn't need much attention in general but by month 3 FORGET IT. I spent the ENTIRE month of March this year trying to get a hold of them and answers/clarifications and acting as a liason between their lack of service and my pharmacy. Constant communications were requested from my pharmacy and my insurance and Ro dropped every ball they could. I went up to 8 days no responses. My insurance changed and Ro immediately said my insurance wouldn't cover the Zepbound I was on without even checking. They then immediately said I would do Ozempic. I insisted they send it to insurance to check Zebound as my insurance lists it and said they cover it. Ro then came back saying it was true. Then the provider without my concentration put me on cash pay. I didn't agree to it, i wanted insurance to cover it bevsuse it would! It's now been an ENITRE MONTH of RO not responding, saying they're working on it and zero update. But they'll surely take my money for membership. Seriously? What a scam.

This company charged my credit card $75.00 without my authorization. I then had to spend a lot of time getting the refund. They also claimed to have shipped items to me but the picture of the delivery was not my home. This is not a company I would trust with my health. It cost me time and money to figure that out. Please don’t let it happen to you.

I’ve been with RO for just over a month now. Your first interactions with them are fast (responding to messages). Then once they have your money and you become a member of their body program, they take forever to respond. Sometimes more than a week. So you’re paying $145 per month for this and they can’t be bothered to respond for up to a week. It’s such bad customer service I feel very let down.

I can buy tirzepitide from Goodrx or Singlecare for less without the monthly $145.00 membership fee. RIP OFF!!!
