This website is incredibly simple to use and helpful. The series of questions helped them to determine if I was illegible and what dosage I should use to meet my goal. I would strongly recommend this website and product to my family and friends alike!

I placed my initial order for a Ro product not knowing how long it would take to arrive. At the end of the ordering process I could see that it was not going to arrive before an upcoming trip I had scheduled, and I wanted to have it before I left. I went back to the website, and found where to ask for expedited shipping. After making my request, I received assurances that Ro was "on it". Sure enough, my order arrived in time for my trip. Since this process needed to happen over a weekend, I was quite surprised that it was successful. I don't encounter that superior level of customer support very often.
