I was charged twice. The site read I would only be charged the initial but then I was charged again. Not happy.

First there is no way to talk to anyone. So that right there is terrible. Second you offered me a special of $39 for the first month which you charged my card and then you charged it another $149. Third I can’t start taking the pill until October 20th and cannot figure out how to delay my shipment. I spent an hour trying to figure this out.

This company has a lousy web site. Hidden and unrefundable costs for subscriptions that have nothing to do with your interests as a consumer, and seeks to blame customers for their own failures in business transactions. Don't be a sucker

Please, please, don’t make the same mistake I did. Ro engages in deceptive and unethical practices. I came to Ro because I wanted the Wegovy pill and was sick of taking the shots. Despite my telling them that I was on 1.7mg, they started me at the lowest dose of the pill which basically meant I was starting all over again. I have actually gained weight because whatever effect the 1.7mg shot was having was completely lost when they would only give me the lowest dose of pill. They did that, I found out later, so they could charge me more because I would have to once again build up to the higher doses. Absolute crooks. And they’ve charged me twice for their worthless membership that I had to dispute with my credit card, and now I tried to cancel all together and find out that these crooks made the membership non-refundable. What if your doctor tells you that she doesn’t want you to take Wegovy anymore for health reasons? What then, Ro?? I bet you’ll still get your almost $3000 for your membership while your “client” is SOL, huh? Disgusting, deceptive trade practices. A deplorable and unethical company through and through. Update: Ro replied to this review which is interesting since there is absolutely no way to speak to anyone about your account through the app. The “medical” personnel I spoke with about my concerns of having to start all over provided canned responses about eating better and working out (I do both). And Ro shows that I downgraded my membership from one year to 6 months and they are continuing to charge me for both. I am going to my state Attorney General’s office - there has to be a multi-state class action investigation in the works because my friends who have made the same mistake I did by signing up for Ro have had similar experiences. A company cannot charge a nonrefundable fee (which is not remotely apparent when signing up) for a membership that relies on your ability to be prescribed and tolerate medication. A company also can’t allow you to downgrade a subscription and continue to charge you for the year subscription and 6 month subscription at the same time covering the same time period. A complete unethical ripoff.

The lower cost for paying up front 888 is only the subscription fee and not that you’re paying 74 a month for the complete thing including medication. That’s the trick. The medical will be another charge. And they will not refund the subscription. Any company that refuses to refund when no product has been shipped is shady by nature
