Huge wast of time. Went through the whole initial process. Insurance eventually denied. Which I’m fine with paying out of pocket for my health. But it has taken weeks. They do not respond to messages for like a week. And it goes no where. I just wanted the prescribed medication I was approved for sent to the pharmacy to pay out of pocket. That’s all I want. Not hard at all. It’s just a run around and I swear they can’t see the previous response in there system. $150 a month to have one response to concerns or questions per week. What kind of support is that? Go else where.

RO is unreliable and unresponsive to issues
RO quickly answers requests for new medicine and orders, immediately takes your money. Since they took the money $500 for Zepbound and shipped the product it never arrived. UPS states they recalled the shipment without explanation to me and im sitting waiting for my medicine that will never arrive. They have not given my money back nor provided the product. Its been silence since I asked them for the medicine i paid for or a reimbursement of my money

I was happy at first
I was happy at first with the experience. They supposedly sent my Rx to the pharmacy twice. I just check with the pharmacy and they never received it. It’s very frustrating since I only have 2 weeks left. Did anyone else this problem? They also take about week to response.

I loved Ro at first until i switched to…
I loved Ro at first until i switched to 9am health because Ro only offers 2.5mg and 5mg of zepbound single vials. Once you need to increase they tell you that you need to purchase the pens which are almost triple the price. Ro also has a super slow response system and can take up to 10 days to answer your messages. 9am health has been so quick to response and also includes a dietitian and many other things for the same membership price as Ro. So- if you're trying to decide on which company to go with for starting a GLP1 don't waste your time with Ro!

If you liked getting ripped off and…
If you liked getting ripped off and ignored then Ro.co is for you!!!!!!!!!! I'm very frustrated with Ro it is not what it says it is. I have had a horrible experience. One when I got my meds they were delayed and when I finally go them they were hot and no good so I had to order more. Then When you try to talk to someone one you don't get a response and if or when you do its 14 days later. If in fact it was an emergency I could be dead by the time it took them to get back to me. Then I got charge 145$ when asked what the 145 was for they said it was for 24/7 care however you do not get that so they are getting 145 a month for a service they are not providing. Being a customer to this company is very frustrating! I highly recommend finding another place for weight loss unless you like getting charged 145 and ignored.

Horrible Experience
I took almost 3 weeks for one of their doctors to call me. When he did call, the only thing he asked me was if I had any questions, 5 second phone call. I texted their customer support to request my shipment be delayed and got an automated response saying they would respond to my question in a week. On top of that, 90% of their app’s functionality doesn’t work. Will use Hims next time.

The service is bad with what appears to be incompetent employees
Their services have gotten really bad in the last couple of months. The care team takes several days to respond to messages, which had it not been for me following up, I would not receive a response to my inquiries.
I have a Ro membership for a GLP-1 medication. Due to the high cost of the medication, I have been paying my monthly membership to get my refills. However, I have been spacing out my injections to make the medication last and so I don’t feel too much of the side effects of the medication. Because of this, I have a couple of prescriptions for the medication that I have not picked up at the pharmacy. Those prescriptions will expire at some point and the pharmacy does not allow the patient to pick up/pay for the medication until a refill is due. Meaning, if I have two open GLP-1 prescriptions that are waiting for pick up, I cannot just show up at the pharmacy and say I should have a prescription for two GLP-1 medications that I have not picked up and I want to pick up those prescriptions now. They will not allow that. I can only pick up one at a time and as long as enough time has passed for me to complete the dosage for the medication, only then will they allow me to pick up another prescription of the same medication as long as I still have a valid prescription in their system and it hasn’t expired.
I contacted Ro’s team to get more information about a new weight loss medication that they carry and had to follow up several times just to get a response. When I finally got a response, the care team member said they could switch me to that medication and recommended that I pay for the medication with cash (which could cost up to $1200) via one of their partner pharmacies. I have health insurance, so my response was for them to check with my health insurance to see if that medication will be covered. I was right. Turns out, my health insurance will cover the medication which would save me $1000+ per refill. I was just baffled by the fact that they were not proactive in asking me if I had insurance and offering to check if my insurance would cover the medication. Basically you have to do the work for them and have to have the common sense to advise them on what step to take.
Since I still had open prescriptions for the previous medication that I had not picked up, I asked them if they could replace those prescriptions with my new medication. After all, I paid a monthly service fee to obtain those prescriptions. One of their nurses responded to let me know that she advised the pharmacy to cancel the prescriptions. Cancel the prescriptions? I paid to obtain those prescriptions. So you mean to tell me that I wasted three months of payment for your services and got nothing out of it since you canceled those prescriptions? I responded asking for a resolution for them to either refund me for the monthly services fees that I paid for the three prescriptions that they canceled or to provide a credit to cover three months of their services. I have not received a response since both their support team covering their emails and the care team covering messages via their app have ignored my messages. If this is not resolved, I will file a dispute with my credit card company for service not rendered.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, its been 5 weeks and I have yet to have my prescription reviewed for coverage by them but they have no problem charging me monthly. Customer service takes days if not a week to get back to me regarding anying.
