They offered a service for $145 with $100 off first month took my funds at $45 went and had labs done and then did not want to honor the program price. It increased by almost $50 and then they indicated that I was not a right fit because I wanted it at the $145 and not the $199 and put me out of theirprogram🤷🏽♀️

Worst company ever, will not respond to any questions or concerns. No contact number, endless clicking and nothing is done. They will not get back in 5 business days, they wont get back at all. However, very quick to charge the credit card on file.

This company is a complete rip off. Please do not use, please use more reliable sources with better communication and clearly stating what they supply, their process, and the fact they will charge you to review for weeks and then never respond. Please never use this

This is a SCAM. Their Semaglutide does not work for starters. Secondly, whether you order it or not, you will be billed for $145 a month "membership fee". Trying to cancel this is a nearly impossible task and don't even bother trying to call their "customer service". You will get a recording like "due to the unprecedented number of calls (I am guessing to cancel) we are unable to answer your call. Please email us". When you email them you get NO RESPONSE. I tried 3 times with no success. I was finally left with putting stop payments on their monthly checking account withdrawals. STEER CLEAR OF THIS SCAM.

Never trust a company that makes it impossible to cancel. They give you links that don’t work, chats that will be answered in “5 working days”, instructions on how to jump from page to page, advising you to click on things that don’t exist in order to cancel. Very sketchy. Then, the medications may be cheaper, I don’t know. They’re extremely expensive so I have trouble believing that they’re 1/2 price as advertised PLUS you’re required to pay $145 “membership” (monthly) on top of the medication costs. All in all, this is a very shady, tricky trap for the desperate.

I've never seen a company with a bigger run around process to cancel a subscription. Good luck trying to cancel. Because you will lost in an endless loop of double talk. They don't want to make it easy to cancel. Otherwise it would be a "one click" process. Buyer Beware

RO is a scam. After two months on the weight loss program, I received an email saying my account had been cancelled (I was due to receive a refill). After five emails I received a reply saying my account was cancelled because they tried to charge my card multiple times and it wouldn't go through, so they dropped my account. He went on the say, I was welcome to sign up again, but I would need to pay the setup fee again (~$150). They did not, in fact, try to repeatedly try to charge my card multiple times. Having found lots of people around the internet experiencing similar issues with RO, I'm left to conclude this is some sort of predatory practice where they try to get away with repeatedly charging you the setup fee. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Can’t get any answers or help. My prescription got canceled and now I can’t get any help with issues. This program is just regurgitated bot chats with no specific answers to specific questions and zero personal attention.
