The worst candy land company I’ve ever dealt with. Do not waste your money. They have been such a headache ! First off I think it’s illegal them saying you can get the weight loss drugs for $45 and then when you get there you have to pay $350 for the medication itself. I pay the monthly $145 and go through my insurance for the medication - wow having them do anything for your insurance past the first month is a joke. You can’t get a hold of anyone- if you try calling they say to email them. You message them and email them they don’t get back to you for weeks. They said they put through my preauthorization request- my insurance said they have never done that. I have tried calling the doctor that prescribed the medication- it’s not the correct number they sent the pharmacy. Then that Dr office gives me a number for the doctor and that’s not the right number. Is this even a real doctor prescribing these meds? DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! They do not care about anything but YOUR MONEY! If I could 0 stars I would.

I thought I was buying weight loss medication for $45, but really it was a membership for ACCESS to a prescription, which then would have then been $349. I am very upset this wasn't clear from the start, and that Ro STOLE my $45 because I wouldn't have spent that money if it wasn't for the medication.

I had a very frustrating experience with Ro.co. They seem primarily interested in getting you to pay out of pocket for medications rather than helping you use your insurance. After paying their membership fee, communication was extremely slow — often taking a week or more to get a response. I never got to speak with an actual doctor, just generic messages and delays. Despite having excellent insurance that does cover Zepbound, Ro claimed it wasn’t covered and offered me the option to pay full price. They stopped responding after that. Meanwhile, a colleague of mine eventually got approved through Ro, but it took 2.5 months — and Ro kept blaming the insurance company, which was untrue. I switched to JoinFound and got approved in less than 24 hours after dr visit and lab work. Their service is significantly better — video visits with a real doctor, responsive coaches, and actual support. It’s also much more affordable. I would not recommend Ro.co if you expect proper care, communication, or help using your insurance.

I waited for my order numerous times and was delayed for almost 3 weeks with hardly any communication why? And the delivery location is only 10 minutes away from my home. Unfortunately that didn’t make any difference. I think it’s embarrassing that a big company can’t just deliver their own product on a timely matter. And if you can’t just be honest, don’t string me along for two weeks!

The "$145 a month, $45 for the first month" offer that clearly stated it included the medication and has you pick out your medication before buying it DOES NOT include the medication. I received an email a day later that i needed to pay an additional $500 for the first month. I dug through the website to see if i was still charged $45 and i was, for a "membership," even though the description on the website says membership "includes medication." it does not. You must pay for a membership and then after you pay youll get a notification of how much the medications actually cost and pay that separately.

I guess it’s ok if you want to pay $145/mon for membership plus $350 for Zepbound. I thought i was getting meds with the membership. Not the case here. Insurance was only verified for the membership not the meds smh

No refunds if you are not approved!!!! They take a week to respond. Still waiting for them to"review". It has been a month. They say they are busy. No refunds!!!!!

RO signed me up to a monthly healthcare monitoring program at $145/month that consisted of contacting me a single time for my weight. They refused to refund the amount. Their behavior is that of a drug pusher not a medical provider.
