WORST SERVICE OF ALL TIME!!
WORST SERVICE OF ALL TIME!!! Took my money and didn’t refill prescription. Refused to refund me with no product. Then kept messaging ridiculous answers when I complained, showing that the customer service agents didn’t even read my previous messages. Filing a suit and a charge back IMMEDIATELY.

Very expensive and costs are not…
Very expensive and costs are not explained upfront. They make it sound like the program is $145 a month including the medication, it is not. It is $145 a month PLUS the cost of the medication which can be between $200 and $1500 a month. When you sign up, they immediately bill you $45 (-$100 your first month). This is fine except it's kind of deceptive because after you enter your payment info, there is no option to confirm and they make it sound the the monthly fee is the entire program, but it's not... Once finding out this was going to cost almost $500 a month, I canceled.. which is also a difficult process. Save yourself the hassle and stay away!

The Ro Body membership begins with a $45 online consultation which includes your personalized treatment plan, where a Ro-affiliated provider reviews your medical history to help find a GLP-1 medication that’s right for you. The $45 introductory cost also includes assistance determining your insurance coverage and estimated copay. If you are prescribed, your provider will send your prescription to a pharmacy near you, and you’ll be charged $145/month for the membership. Please note that GLP-1 medication is not included in the consultation or program fees. Unhealthy but profitable
I’m so glad I read all the comments and feedback here before signing up. I must say that these types of companies are using people who are obese to make tons of money. They are using us for PROFIT instead of helping us to overcome our health issues.

Response time and experience was bad
Response time and experience was bad. They just leave you hanging for days until someone responds to your emails to them. The lab I chose from their website took 4 vials and left them behind in the lab. Then I went in for a redraw and they disappeared this time. Also, I called my insurance to confirm they cover the meds. with a pre-authorization for weight loss. This company isn't doing a pre-authorization. They are telling me my insurance usually doesn't cover it for weight loss. I don't usually leave reviews. But this is a medical facility and there are too many issues. They need to offer a chat feature, so you aren't left hanging and wondering. It's a month later. I could have gone somewhere local and got a prescription and have some weight loss already. Very disappointed.

Hi there- I'm sorry this has been your experience with us so far. We do insurance pre-authorizations -- however, sometimes insurers do not cover GLP-1s for weight loss. I would love to look into this further for you so am requesting more information.

Not Recommending
I went through the process of getting started with Ro body program. Paid my $45.00 membership fee. Turns out it wasn’t a good fit and cancelled the membership before anything was sent out. Didn’t have the membership for more than 3-4 days and they won’t refund my money. Be sure it’s going to work for you otherwise you are out the money. Wouldn’t recommend.

DECEPTIVE ADVERTISEMENT SCAM!!!
DECEPTIVE ADVERTISEMENT SCAM!!! I thought I was buying weight loss medication, but the initial payment was only for the membership for the prescription. The advert is very deceptive and not clear. When I called to have the 45.00 reimbursed, no one answered. It's sad how people are using weight-loss drugs as a way to scam and deceive customers. I will be reporting to the BBB if my 45.00 is not reimbursed.
