SCAMMED- all seems amazing until you realize it was a SCAM
I was so excited to sign up with Ro after finding out that they offered Zepbound directly from Manufacturer Eli-lilly! Approval process was fast and order was shipped so quickly.. OR SO I THOUGHT! I placed 3 orders with them, Zepbound 10mg, Oral Minoxidil, and Latisse. A few days into my order being shipped I got several notifications that my prescriptions were being sent back to them and they were sending me new ones. Not sure what happened there but I figured ok at least. they are on top of it. I didn't reach out until today when I checked and order said delivered! Which is impossible I am in south Florida UPS tracking said that my orders went from Orlando to Ohio and then to S.FL in less than an hour. No picture to verify, NOTHING. So I reached out to them to find out what was going on. They told me to wait 3 more days because sometimes "ups redelivers to the correct location". Even ups acknowledges that they weren't delivered. UPS verifies that deliveries were returned to sender. Ive been given the run around all day long from RO customer service they will not refund me, will not resend shipments etc. I just cancelled my account with them because of how poorly this is being handled now I'm convinced this is all a scam $800 later. Stay far far away. Yet again another scammer!
