They make you feel good. Tell you it’s only 145.00 a month then when you go through everything it’s almost triple the price. I wasted 45.00 for nothing. Beware

The first semaglutide I received worked well, but something changed and all the other vials I received didn't work. I inquired about it and they told me that my first vial was from Olypia (2 different people said this) and then another 2 people said the opposite. Get your story straight Ro!!! I feel like it was a bait and switch. Not cool.

I was provided a prescription for a tirzepatide medication. Everything went very smoothly the first month. The order was delivered on time and with good communication. I lost weight very rapidly and the next shipment was about to ship increasing the dosage. I sent an inquiry asking if I should stay on the same low dosage because I was continuing to lose weight and received no response. Then the next day my membership and shipment was just cancelled without any explanation. I replied back to the email notifying me of the cancellation and I didn't get a response for 24 hours which just said it was recommended I contact my in-person physician. Luckily, I had decided to go off of the medication, but if I truly needed the refill, it would have been a detrimental situation.

Very deceptive practices. You pay not only $145. Per month but an exorbitant amount for the medication. You have to pay for the membership first and there is no way to get it back once you find out what’s going on.

Everything went wrong. I could not speak to a live person on the phone, only email. I never received my medication. I would never recommend anyone. Finally they don't do refund,

They kept charging after cancellation! Luckily after 3 months after it, I stopped the bleeding, but they won't answer the phone and only do email!!! I will not review their products, but, their ethical behavior is something you do not want to deal with

I had high hopes for Row Weight Loss, but unfortunately, my experience has been incredibly disappointing. One of the most concerning issues was with their prescription delivery process. Medications that are supposed to be refrigerated were delayed in transit, which is completely unacceptable when dealing with temperature-sensitive prescriptions. This isn’t just poor service — it’s a health and safety concern. Additionally, the medication dosing was inconsistent and ineffective. The first dose seemed promising and did help curb my hunger slightly, but the second dose felt like a placebo — no effect at all. I followed all instructions carefully and made no lifestyle changes that could explain such a dramatic difference in effectiveness. When I raised these issues and asked for a refund for medication that clearly didn’t work, I was flatly refused. This response made me seriously question whether Row is genuinely committed to helping people achieve their weight loss goals, or if they’re just focused on profits. There are many options out there for medical weight loss support, and sadly, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Row to anyone looking for a safe, effective, and supportive journey. The only thing they got right was the ease of cancellation.
