Update (7/9/25): I contacted PayPal regarding the transaction and they contacted Ro on my behalf. The company refunded my money 2 days after I filed a complaint with PayPal. -------------------------- I purchased the membership and cancelled it a few minutes later. I didn't receive any service. But, they refuse to refund my membership money that I paid. This is unacceptable. I did the cancellation a few minutes after purchasing and did not use their service at all. I consider this a trap and scam.

They lie to you and claim to do an insurance check and confirm you have coverage. Then after you sign up for the $145 a month plan, they take a few days and tell you that your insurance requires pre-authorization. Pre-auth for Wegovy is only provided if you have a Type 2 Diabetes diagnosis so that leaves most people paying over $1600 out of pocket for this treatment. It's a scam - don't sign up!

Total con. After you pay, you find out they charge $145 per month in addition to the $200 for the medication. Ripoff. UPDATE AFTER THEIR RESPONSE: You copy and paste the same response to every similar complaint. We all know how much it costs now - but it's only made clear after we've paid. You've stung us all for $45.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding my recent medication order, which never arrived due to an incorrect shipping address and was rendered unusable. Despite notifying you of this issue and clearly requesting a replacement or refund, no action was taken. Given the time-sensitive nature of the medication and the lack of urgency or accountability, I have lost trust in your service and no longer wish to participate in this program. The issue was never addressed and I was out of $145 with no refill. I canceled my membership and I will never go back.

They collected registration twice. I think the responses are robotic because they never answer the question. Totally a rip off. My prescription has been sitting for 4 weeks, the first reason was I deactivated my account and wanted a refund. THIS WAS IN MAY 2025. After I found out I couldn't get a refund. I received an email that my prescription was ready so I logged back into the account. Another membership fee was deducted JUNE 14, 2025 AND so a total of 8 weeks later my RX is still being processed. They epically lie and acknowledge that you're correct but again no action. They lullaby you into their coding and react appropriately. I believe it's a very professional A.I. program. I wouldn't used them. Its brought me nothing but financial hardship. You're better off using the manufactor honestly. I dislike this company and if I don't get my medication. I will dismantle it's matrix to stop them for lurking on desperate people. I wouldn't use any company honest opinion. After writing my review, I stumbled across their "address" and you might want to follow up to ensure you're getting the product. There's no pharmaceutical company that is why they dont encourage you to use your own pharmacy. I hope what they've mixed for those who wrote 5 star review that you didnt get a compound. It would be so sad if this is an illegal operation. June 21, 2025 I noticed that an entry made June 13, 2025. This is very disappointing, because they got their order an d O didnt. After researching my options, I finally found a phone number I spoke to a representative stating the medication wasn't in stock. That's not what the robotic texts or emails stated. The representative stated they would give me a shipment date. My account hasn't been updated yet. I will continue to research this company. I still think it's a scam regardless of the brand new 5 star posts, until I get the medicine I paid for and benefits. I reached out to them, The only reason they took action here is because of the review I left. I will update if they provide better service. According to terms of Trustpilot, I can't disclose any additional information. Hopefully, they will comply. They do have a good weight loss program, but customer/consumer interaction needs revision.

just got off the phone with my bank (June 16 at 2:05pm) as i was filing a claim since Ro doesn't answer the phone. This page is very dishonest and misleading as they make it sound that the $ 145 membership includes the cost of the medication but it is not the case.

it is not good as they make it seem i don’t really feel the impact of it in any way whatsoever that how I feel about it
