Hi there! Thank you for sharing your experience while we do apologize for any frustration caused. Unfortunately, by law, we must label all prescriptions with the necessary patient info. Hi there! We apologize for any frustration you have experienced. It’s always our goal to simplify your healthcare experience and I am truly sorry that we have not been able to do that for you here. If you’d like to cancel your subscription, you can do so through your account by following these steps:  1) Log in at my.ro.co and click on ‘plan’ on the white card that says Ro Body Program. 2) Select ‘cancel plan,’ which will allow you to cancel. However, we're reaching out for more information to confirm cancellation on our end!
