My problem hasn’t been fixed yet

Everything was great until I checked out. 1st month was to be free or something significantly reduced, yet I was charged the full $149. What’s up with that?

I thought I was signed up and had chosen a package and received a receipt and then I started getting more texts from the doctor and had to choose a different plan. I was asked for payment for the new plan and then received a second receipt for payment. I’m not sure what I’ll receive or how much it will cost. It was very confusing.

I wish they would be more upfront with their advertising & let people know that there’s a membership fee plus the cost of the drug. And, be transparent about some drugs that increase in cost as the dose increases. Other websites are a same cost every month.

“Membership “ required to make purchase, seems very sus, bait and switch type. Gets you to enter insurance info, then charges you a very high price for meds. No value for forced “membership”

I went on the site just to get info on the availability of weight loss drugs for me. As I progressed through the pages it wasn’t clear to me that I would eventually end up paying for both a monthly membership to Ro and for the meds. I was committed before I knew it. That being said, once I got to the point of deciding to go ahead with the transaction the process was very thorough. I have a lot of confidence that things will work out.
