I have not lost 1 pound and I've been trying to get a hold of you online phone calls whatever and I have not been able to. I finally found a text message that I could reach out to you. Please let me know what's going on. I don't understand.

Could not fix account issues. Automated and email fixes not working. Beyond poor customer service. Lost a customer

It's ridiculous what I had to go through to sign up on this website. I ended up canceling but their still charging me for a month. And I'm not getting any medication. Sorry excuse for a website that's supposed to help me.

This sight is a rip off don’t give your card information until someone calls you and talk about the plan and what your getting.. ain’t no way these people took $39 off my card and I don’t know what for.. now I can’t even log in it’s saying update my pay information…. Scam scam scam please don’t spend your money here go else where!!!

I wish I could honestly give zero stars. So, they advertised that if you did not get the prescribed medication, they would issue a refund. That was a lie. I was told I was charged $39 for membership. I used my insurance to lower the out-of-pocket cost, only to find out they only give you 1 time pen, which is not covered by most insurance; therefore, the prescription is completely useless. Please do not waste your money if you plan on using insurance.

I had my membership with them and took the medication for 3months. From small dosage to 9mg but the medication didn’t help at all. They promised a weight loss but I even gain 2lbs even with proper eating / diet and exercise. The medication has no impact with me especially with the my cravings with food. And beware coz they won’t refund you for anything even a membership that you won’t use because you prepaid them. If you’re thinking to lose weight don’t try Ro. 3 Mon spent almost a thousand with medication and membership but no signs of weight loss and atleast help with the food cravings. I didn’t lose weight but even gain 2lbs from my starting weight. Don’t try them if you don’t wanna spend money for nothing.

I was told the first month would only be $39 but then I was charged a separate price of $149 which I was blindsided by. This is miss leading and fraud.

You pay a monthly fee plus medications that are at the same cost if you bought directly from the manufacturer. Adds up to over 400 a month to start. Crazy.
