Website will not allow to cancel auto shipment, real scam do not order!!!

I saw a commercial for RO.. It said free insurance check.. False ad they changed me 49.00 and then wanted to charge almost 500 due to say my insurance wont cover

I thought I would sign up for the frist month and see how it goes. Easy sign up. They show you your total for the month and tell you someone will be in touch. Within 1 mintue I got an email I was approved for the medicine. So it sent me to another page where you now have to pay for the medicine. Nothing telling you that the price you pay wasnt for the medicine it was just for the approval. So all within 5 mintues I canceled. They still pulled the money from my account. So I go on the site to get the refund when you click refund it says that all sales are final and no refunds are given. There is no way to actual contact these people. In 5 mintues they got $45 from me and I didnt get anything and I cant even get my money back.

Avoid at all costs! They charge a fee just to be a member. This fee doesn't cover medication. They say they will try to get preauthorization from your insurance, and if not, they will work with you on options. I was told my insurance authorized medication and that they sent it to my pharmacy. After 10 days waiting to hear from my pharmacy, I called them, and they never received anything from Ro. I messaged Ro about this and received a response 2 days later saying they'd send it in. Finally received notice from my pharmacy that the prescription was ready and I owed $1037?! So insurance hadn't authorized my prescription, Ro DIDN'T work with me on other options, and then killed time not sending my prescription in or responding to my messages timely, just holding out for me to have to pay another $145 monthly fee for their "service".

My meds were delivered to someone else's house as I never got them but UPS confirmed delivery. Hours later my neighbour brought them to me. They were supposed to be refrigerated!! He had opened the box. I sent you an email and NO response?! So what am I supposed to do? Can you send me a replacement? I have a pic of the porch it was delivered to if you need it.

I joined two weeks ago. I was told they would do a PA for Zepbound. I had no meeting with an HCP, no blood work done, and no consult regarding instructions/expectations or side effects. Today, I received a message my rx was sent to my pharmacy. The pharmacy so told me I need a PA. My Ro app says they cancelled my PA, no reason provided. The rx was $1087 with good rx, and the manufacturer coupon did not work. This is BAD business and healthcare. Also, I would like to add- I sent questions to customer service and the HCP for all of this. No response was given, so I am cancelling.

Unfortunately I became a customer of this company and had an issue and questions. Its hard to believe but they have a completely impenetrable wall up preventing customers from ever speaking with a real person. I even tried to call in on their "Insurance company" professional line and they only offer an email. Do not do business with a company that will not talk to you - rather send you to their endless chase online or send an email and wait until they decide to deal with your issue. Really terrible company especially being in the medical field.

They are dangerous and should be shut down. The drugs they prescribe can cause very serious side effects that completely stop any chance of having sex. What was their solution? To try more and more... WTF are they doing?
