For months took our money and out of the blue, cut off the meds and program for my spouse, judged them off their insurance provider. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS! They are not here to help you

They’re not clear about the pricing. It’s 199 a month for the medication and then they charge you a separate 145 a month for access to their doctors. Even though I stated I was with another company on a higher dose already they sent me the basic starter, so I basically just spent all that money and gained 5 pounds.

Their web site and communication are horrible. You can never get any to talk to. I was approved for my refil and nothing happened and there was no way to contact anyone other than email which they stated in advance was a five days ago response time. I the meantime I am running the risk of not being able to continue my medication.

STAY AWAY - FALSE ADVERTISING. - I was looking at youtube and their AD was intrested in getting the weight loss medication. My wifw and I signed up for the $45 plan for then the following plan will go up to $145 a month. After we signed up we received a few Emails. After reading the email we needed to go to our account and select what treatment plan we would like to use. Now, they are telling us from the membership page that we need to select what medication we want to use, and there is a seperate cost from the pharmacy. from $399 to $499. and you have to pay a monthly membership fee if $145. We cancled the membership right away. this was nothing but a bait and switch scam.

The cost of the membership and the medication was $650 per month. I lost a few pounds, gained a few, lost a few, gained a few. I reached out for support and basically got a canned response, was encouraged to keep trying, another thousand dollars down the drain. Impersonal, never get the same person when you try to get support or help. Not only depressing being the only person on the planet not losing weight on Ozempic or Zepbound after a year of injections (keep increasing the dose in tiny increments to string you along in the hope that a slightly higher dose will work), but feeling duped and getting absolutely nothing except a dangling carrot for the outrageous membership prices. A heartbreaking experience.

They charge you $45 even if you don’t go through with the prescription.

I subscribed to receive regular shipments of Latisse on June 9, 2025. I was charged for my first order, but it was never delivered. Tracking said it's stuck somewhere is USPS. I contacted ro, and the representative said I was never charged for the item. I sent them a screen shot of the charge, and I contacted my bank. They then claimed that since I contacted my bank, they could no longer interact with me. So, I'm still waiting for a refund of $159.00. Of course, I canceled my subscription.

I cancelled this product because it never worked for me and you keep sending this package to me. Very upset . Quit sending !!!
