No reaction when taking idk maybe not strong enough. So I took 2 wouldn't hold continuous. So I went to 3 it worked but I only can afford 10! A month so what do you do

If i could give zero stars I would. This was the worst experience. First, they ask you to fill out all the forms. Then upload id's etc. From the moment you sign up, you get dozens of messages and communications were good. Actually overwhelming. Then they get your payment, you don't hear a peep for weeks. Has been 4 weeks and not a word. Today I get an email saying everything was on hold and they need even more information. "Click here to read message" and it takes me to my account where it says "Zero Task". After all the issues and the inability to speak with service and difficulty in finding contact methods, I ended up asking for refund. Do yourself a favor and find a provider local. This company was a joke.

Horrible this is a total scam. I wish I would’ve listened. I wasted $45 first you sign up they asked you all these questions ask for your credit card information. Explain the step-by-step process stating that a doctor will get lab results for your specific type of medication you need however, they skip that part & HOW DO THEY DEEM YOU ELIGIBLE TO SKIP THIS PART IF YOU NEVER TALKED WITH A DOCTOR? and go straight to the medication payments without testing anything so it’s not actually specified for you or your body. Serena Williams got me out of $45 and the membership fee is nonrefundable even if you don’t use it.

The initial consultation is required for a Ro-affiliated provider to review your medical history and make sure treatment is a right fit. Labs are only required if the provider deems necessary. $45 then $145 per month. Misleading/fraudulent. That is the price for a membership NOT including the actual medication. Minutes later I canceled and received NO services but ro.co refuses to refund my $45. Ro.co is scamming women and men $45 at all time. Do not enter any financial info, do not engage with this scam company.

Remember to read the fine print. The 145.00 per month is in ADDITION to the medication each month. Also they advertise GLP1 tablets at a lower cost but then after you pay $45.00, they tell you it’s unavailable. I cancelled my membership on day 1. Too little up front financial information provided.

I feel like the pricing is very unclear. It said tirzepatide for $145/mo. I got started and got the bloodwork. Then they sent me the message saying I can choose my meds. The meds are ON TOP of the $145/mo. That’s apparently a membership fee. I wish their pricing was more clear.
