This company has scanned me out of well over $500 taking my money screwing up my account, not sending the medication and then wanting me to start back at a base level after being on this medication for over a year due to their incompetence, I will be filing fraud charges to have the last few months of charges returned to me! It’s my hope the individuals responsible for this joke of a company face some sort of repercussion.

I don't know if ro.co and select carrier drivers work together but I was waiting all day for my package then I get a text my package is delivered, guess what 2hrs before I got the text.i check the door nothing no knock. I went to call RO, red flag they have no telephone numbers,so I'm getting crypto currencies scam vibes who operate the same way.so I text and the say oh the sometimes mark it as delivered but wait 72hrs.what major carrier does that red flag 2. I go to UPS and they do have a pic of the package gently placed on my door. Time stamps of text and delivery is not adding up unless there stealing these for resell.red flag 3 all over RO.CO in the help section they make sure to say No Rufunds on anything. Beware of this company. Update: they did give me a refund for the medicine but not the RO body membership which i had to join. It's like being robbed but the robber feels a little bad and gives back a little of what he took.

As consumers we are doomed by millions of unregulated sites that advertise false results. Unfortunately, there is no other way for us to gain what we lost these other than letting others know. This site gathered all my personal information for insurance coverage only to tell me that I am not eligible. There is no help desk or any means of communication and all my personal data is sitting there in a god knows what site. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these sites!

I purchased GLP and received the peptide once but charged $145 per month for 3 months. I realized it and contacted customer service. Here is the message I received: Thanks for reaching us. Unfortunately we are not able to issue a refund for any of those months charges since the medication you were with requires a follow up visit each month so you can receive the medication, also please keep in mind that the $145 monthly fee does not cover the medication, it is only for a personal health coach, curriculum, and all other benefits.

PA was approved on 9/19 and still no script sent to pharmacy and it states their “insurance concierge is working on it” what is there to work on. Insurance approved it. Script should be sent immediately to the pharmacy on file for processing. I work in the medical field. Usually a script is written and sent to the pharmacy then the PA is done if not covered. So unhappy can easily use another online provider
