The app is misleading. Advertising meds for $149 / mth. Then adding a membership fee to get the cost up to $250. Click bait.

I have tried to reach out to individual people, but you don’t have a search engine where you can ask specific questions. I’d like to get my prescription so I can get the medicine to my local pharmacy. No one has responded.

This was so disappointing after they pushed all of the commercials talking about as low as a $50 a month payment now mind you did not expect such a payment because I do not have health insurance however I do have health coverage so my payment would have been higher which I was prepared for, however, I was not prepared for an additional $150 membership fee. Thank God that my bank blocked the transaction because that would have put me in a deficit! I wish companies would just be upfront & stop acting like they are the best of the best with no hidden fees & agendas!! Other than this, the customer service was excellent & quick to respond k assist!

I've been charged roughly $350 and looking forward to being charged $500 monthly. I haven't interacted with a human and my order hasn't been shipped yet but, they have the audacity to ask for a review. When I click the email to see my provider report, I'm taken to a long survey, to fill out information that I had already previously filled twice. It's been 24 hours and I have received 13 emails. Tone it down.

Only after I ordered and received my medication did I notice that I am being charged $149 for medication AND an additional $100+ for a monthly membership. I wish I would have gone with a different company now.

Extremely deceiving. Yes, they can provide you with GLP-1s. Do not believe any ad you see, though, when it comes to cost. They mislead you into signing up for their membership that gives you "access to weight loss medication" but does not cover ANY of the cost for the medication. Insurance cannot cover it, so you are paying $160 a month no matter what, and that is just to get access to their service. The actual medication is then extremely high priced without insurance, even though they advertise lower prices everywhere I have seen ads for them. If you have insurance, you don't need to go through RO. You can go through a real world doctor without having hidden fees. I came to RO because I lost insurance and thought they could help me. Instead, I got charged $40 for my discounted first month of the useless membership. The medications are around $200-$500 a month, depending on dosage and type. Find an alternative. I don't care what Charles Barkley says.
