Hi Danille - Ro has 2 separate charges: 1. The Ro Body Subscription charge and 2. Your medication fee. If you go into your Ro account and click "Support" then "Metabolic treatment", you'll be able to message the team to look into any concerns you may have as well. Hi Randi, I'm sorry if there was confusion with our pricing. There are two charges: The Ro Body Program membership and the cost of medication. The Body Program membership covers the cost of an initial provider review of your visit, consultation if you choose, a monthly weight-loss curriculum focused on treatment adherence, nutrition, and exercise, monthly check-ins with your Ro-affiliated provider, and 1:1 support from your Ro coach. The cost of medication depends on your preferred payment method (insurance vs cash pay) and your preferred medication. This varies based on the medication and your preferred payment method.
