The process to sign up is easy, but the $45 start up fee is a discount! They want to charge $145 per month on top of the medication fee! That is INSANE! They don't announce when the next payment is due, so you don't have an opportunity to cancel then they try to tell you it's not reimbursable once charged. FOR WHAT?!

Paid $45 just to see that Rx costs were way more than advertised. Think of the number of people doling out $45 and then canceling when the discover the same. complete rip-off! Should be honest up front about Rx costs.

I joined before realizing that the membership doesn't include any meds. So I immediately cancelled before proceeding any further and I'm out $45 non-refundable. I realized my mistake in less than 5 minutes but there is no way that I can see to directly communicate, so screwed.

There needs to be a class action suit on these jokers. I want my $45 of my hard-earned money for the “membership fee”. So many options out there, who is going to pay $145 for a “membership”? You provided zero value for my money and I will consult with a lawyer so nobody else gets swindled.

Terrible. Misleading and predatory. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND. They advertise like they will sell you glp-1 at an affordabke rate, but what you are actually doing is paying for is an abhorrent fee for access to purchase glp-1 medicine at excessively expensive price points. Please dont fall for it.

Major delays in receiving product. Originally signed up in August 15th for minoxidil oral tablets. Received the first dose with a 3 week delay, which was solved albeit frustrating it took that long. - Oct 6, I ordered the topical prescription instead as the oral version was giving me side effects. - Oct 12, I reached out as it still hadn't arrived and I was moving house. They held my order at the pharmacy for reasons never explained. It was then supposedly meant to be shipped to my new address. - Oct 23, sent to wrong address. - Oct 29, still no delivery to correct address. Apparently they added next day delivery. - Oct 31, order mysteriously cancelled with no note. When I reached out it was a pharmacy issue. Told them to please deliver it despite me being overseas. They said they would. - Nov 4, Reached out again as still haven't received the order. Was told it had been processed and given a generic link to my shipping order (where the carrier was awaiting parcel and delivery date TBC) - Nov 5, reached out again as delivery still TBC, despite it being a next day delivery. - Nov 6 , was told my order was held at the pharmacy as "you might not be able to receive it", but I had told them to PLEASE DELIVER IT. - Nov 7, I am left feeling hairless and scammed, and slightly angry but also laughing at how ridiculous this delay has been. I am still waiting for my order. The UPS tracking is still TBD.

The medical industry in America is abysmal. I've been on Zepbound for a year, which was covered by my employer-based insurance policy. On it, I've lost nearly 50 pounds in the last 12 months. It's been a lifesaver since I struggle with afib and flutter. A lot of my struggles with weight and my heart came from a lifelong undiagnosed Celiac disease. So, Zepbound has been so helpful in helping with my binge eating disorder and managing my celiac disease. I have a new employer and new insurance that isn't great. I've been trying for months with my provider to get my insurance to cover it, and they refuse. My provider recommended Ro so I went through the process of signing up, answering all of the questions, and paying the $45. The provider who reviewed my file asked for clarification if I was diagnosed with binge eating disorder and I confirmed. Because of that they refused to see me and stated that I should continue to receive care since they wouldn't be able to provide me with the level of care I need. I'm not looking for Ro to replace my eating disorder therapist or my primary care physician. I just need an affordable way to obtain the medication that can help extend my life. They still refused and refunded me the $45. That's $45 that I now have to wait 5-10 business days now to receive back. All for nothing. I was skeptical about Ro for reasons similar to this and I'm glad to see they let me down.

I don’t understand, I asked for my insurance to be billed, but they charge my credit card. They did not ship my medication saying that it’s pending. Insurance approval. There is so many inconsistencies with this Company. I recommend look elsewhere for weight loss medication.
