As stated in other reviews, the 45.00 turns into 145.00 and no-one ever consulted me about the plan. Plus cost of medicine, very pricey

This is by far the worst. False marketing in terms of pricing and lack of transparency. There no decent customer support system. I cancelled the service after being surprised with all the publicity of $45, to discover that the membership fee is $145/month in addition to medication. Accepted the pricing, tried to re-sign up, but there’s no decent customer service; the membership fee of $145 is supposed to provide us with an incredible customer service so that at least it makes up for the cost, but not a phone call. I tried to explain they there’s no link to explain that I had an existing membership and not applying as a new customer, but everything is automated and no one is reading the messages. No use of AI to track my purchase record and activity and no phone number to speak to a person and explain that I have my supply for this month and I want to activate it again so it’s applicable for next month. Terrible customer service and false marketing.

I read the reviews and selected RO because the feedback reflected 'upfront costs'. The pricing shared prior to completing the required survey was approx. 1/3 the cost of the actual pricing. I was charged a fee of ~ $50 on completion of my survey which would have gone toward the purchase price. On receiving the results of my survey I discovered the actual costs of the prescription and learned that injectables were not available. When I cancelled, I learned for the first time that the initial fee was not refundable. There was no transparency here...and I walked away feeling scammed!

After going back and forth for months when they they told me my insurance provided coverage, I finally cancelled the membership. It is very difficult to communicate through the app and it was a different person each time that never looked at the previous communications. I spent $150 and never got any service before i gave up and cancelled.

You got Serena saying weight loss is $10 a month. She says would you rather pay $1000 a month or $10 a month. Great marketing ploy. SHAME ON YOU SERENA WILLIAMS! So you go to sign up and they say first month $0, cool right? They waive the $145 a month membership fee a month for the first month. and this isn’t including the prescription fee per month. So it goes from the Serena Williams saying it’s $10 a month, to the next month a minimum of $145 membership fee plus any prescription fee per month. This is extremely MISLEADING! This makes it $155 to over $200 per month.

Buyer be aware, not only are you paying a monthly fee for prescription, they charge an additionally monthly membership charge!!! You will be paying twice as much for the drugs!! Get it from your doctor!!

Customer service is basically non existent. They have no customer service phone number. It’s very difficult to get effective assistance. The membership fee doesn’t include the medication. More stress than it’s worth when there’s a million companies now offering GLP1

I signed up once and in order to get the real price breakdown you have to pay a membership fee of $45. After seeing the real cost, I cancelled the membership and got a refund. Then I kept getting emails stating they could bill my health insurance for treatment so I paid the $45 again, put all my insurance information in and was told my insurance won’t pay. Now, they won’t refund my $45 membership fee. Bait and switch companies need to be shamed out of business. Refund my money and we’ll part ways never to cross paths again. Do not be tricked into paying before you know what you’re getting.
