Transparency with pricing wasn't there. At first they checked my insurance and told me it was covered and I was paying $24.99 for the first two months in additon to the membership. What they didn't tell me is that only two prescriptions would be that price due to the manufacturor coupon that would be applied. I only found out about the manufacturerors coupon through my pharmacist when I went to pick up my third prescription and the process suddenly went up to $200. The worst part is that I didn't lose anything during my use. The nurse even said I was doing everything right with my lifestyle changes. I even talked to others about the medication zepbound and hey told me that they started losing weight only when they got to 10mg. Providers start you at 2.5mg to see how your body reacts so I get that part. What I don't get is that they have endorsements saying other than the membership, you won't be paying that much more than the membership for continued use.

I used the free "check Insurance" button that said I had coverage for GLP-1, then the website asked me to sign up for "$100 off" membership for the first month, which I did. The MD sent a questionnaire, "approved" me for treatment, then got a message saying "we are checking your medication benefits" a few hours later they tell me my insurance doesn't cover it but I can pay $199 for a month supply (in addition to the $145 a month to be a member) the trick is if cash pay the cost shoots up to $349-399 (depending on dosing) so for a whopping $500 per month, which doesn't guarantee any results, a commerically insured patient can get help losing weight. Sad is that medicaid pays for this medication. So I am paying $12000 a year for employer sponsored insurance, plus high taxes paying medicaid and I can't even get what a medicaid patient gets. Then I was misled by this company into signing up bc "congrats you have coverage". I lost $45 today, for nothing. That could've gone to groceries or gas. They refuse to refund my $45.

This company scams people. I joined because the marketing seemed like you paid for visit and medication. Wrong. You pay money to send your information to a fake doctor who pretends to try to work with your insurance to get approval for the medication. I signed up late at night like 10:00 p.m. and got a message that they called my insurance company already and was working with them to get approved. I got a message an hour later closer to midnight that they couldn't get approval and that I could pay them for compounded GLP one. I don't know any insurance company that is open at midnight and I don't know any doctors working at that time to try to obtain Prior authorization. I paid this money for absolutely nothing to happen and had to cancel so that it didn't charge my card again. The reviews here are from paid actors. Do not trust RO.

Placed my order Nov. 16, 2025. My card was charged and it's now Dec. 8, 2025 and I have received nothing!

Service is terrible. It's impossible to get a real human either on the phone, or chat. They shipped me a defective pen, and forwarded me to the pharmacy that is a different company. The pharmacy forwarded me to Novo who I had 20 min conversation with then the call got disconnected and now I can't get ahold of anyone. It's a terrible service.

They'll bill you and not provide any medication

It’s a membership scam. After you pay the membership then you pay for the prescription and it’s higher than the rest too. SCAM

This company sucks beyond belief! They assume you are subscribing if you buy to try and ship and charge at their own cadence. Then contacting Support is a nightmare, read through all help articles, NO CLEAR WAY to contact Support. STAY AWAY!
