I started my GLP-1 journey with Ro, and from the beginning, they handled my insurance prior authorization and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. They handled the renewal of my prior authorization and kept me informed every step of the way. I ultimately chose the prepaid annual membership. I now have a comparable cost while once again having a team of healthcare providers who are actually engaged in my care. For me, that makes Ro a much better value.
