Hidden fees. I was OK with the $45 application processing fee in month 1, but the unexpected MONTHLY $145 "membership fee" the 2nd month is unacceptable. This is in addition to the cost of the drug, of course. Like many subscription services they pull the old trick of surprising you with this unexpected expense after you're already invested in the product. Cancelled my subscription. Scammers.

Extremely misleading. I feel scammed. I paid $45 believing that included the first month's medication. It includes nothing of value whatsover. The medication is an additional significant cost. "Membership" is just a money grab before you understand how it works.

I signed up today, wrongly believing that I’d be receiving GLP-1 Wegovy pills for $150/month and $50 for month #1. After paying with CC, and logging in to provide additional medical information requested, I was given only 1 option to select from, for an additional $250 or $350 per month. For injectable version. It was at this point that I realized that I had been deceived or scammed. At no time during the sign-up process was I told that the charge was for a “membership”, and not medication. I then looked at reviews from others. Others too were deceived. I made the mistake of not checking reviews in advance. I cancelled “membership” today, just a few hours after registering. I will also pcontact my Visa customer service to reverse charges. Maximum charge allowed for Wegovy pills is $150, which was why I initially thought this was legitimate. I was just now notified by Ro.Co that the “membership fee” that I paid a few hours ago will not be refunded.

I feel scammed! Clicking on the site leads to an unexpected membership sign-up through a deceptive questionnaire. I had no idea they were going to charge me $45 and then I saw it on my credit card statement. They respond to bad reviews by saying this fee is for initial provider consultation. I never had a provider consultation! I was just trying to get answers to how this whole thing worked. Pricing is not clearly disclosed and the flow appears designed to push users into a monthly subscription without fully informed consent. The following statement is their answer to a myriad of bad reviews: "We’re sorry for the frustration this caused and understand how the pricing can feel unclear." Then make it clear before someone gets scammed again!

They have hidden fees. When you put your card in to find out how much it will cost they charge you $45 for nothing and then say you can't get it back. I'll save you the trouble. It costs $300-500 a month.

Shady business practices, you will run out of medication before the month. So basically in a 5 week month you will potentially be out for 2 weeks. They do this to ensure they get the 145$ membership fee every single month instead of actually providing a continuous service to the patient. I assume in the past people have had access to 8 weeks of product and only one month of membership which is cost effective to the customer.

Extremely misleading. They charge a membership fee AND the a prescription. What a waste of time find a better option. I know I did and now waiting for a refund.

This Company is operating in a very dangerous manner. I started with my zepbound injections without incident and diligently reported any side effects, which were initially just feeling light headed and cold all over after my first injection and some mild GI. I was told my side effects were normal and they increased my dosage even though I was still losing weight quickly. On the second lowest dosage, I was getting SEVERE symptoms (randomly throwing up, more serious GI issues and a racing heart rate even when fully at rest close to or above 100) and within a 12 hour period via their online chat got 4 conflicting recommendations to stop treatment immediately, to continue and it was no big deal, to go to the emergency room immediately, and to just stop and go see a doctor. I didn't ask for new individuals to weigh in but since they would randomly assign a new person each response, the recommendations were disjointed, conflicting and has only left me nervous about my health outcomes now. I do NOT recommend using them, this is so dangerous and has very serious side effects. This is especially infuriating because I was paying the cost of the medication on top of a "monthly fee" of $145 that was supposedly for the medical advice.
