Charged $45 just to inquire about meds!! Rip off. I will never have anything to do with RO again.

So I made the mistake of signing up for RO because they seemed like the cheapest option for the weight loss programs using the glp-1 medication. However I was completely wrong. They lie to you and trick you into signing up by saying it's only $145per month, but what they don't tell you is that the $145 doesn't even cover the medication and if you want that them it starts at $200 more and goes up from there. And during the whole sign up process nowhere does it tell you any of that information. You don't find out until after you pay for the first month and then you get a message saying that the "care team or whoever" needs more information, then a you go through the pages it comes to the end where they have you choose the $200+medication. So firstly they lie about the prices and then second, idk what medication to choose, i am not a doctor and don't know what the best one would be so why would I choose before I even see a Dr instead of discussing it with the Dr and us both going over the options. Overall I feel as though this is really scammy and honestly not safe at all! I really hope that sleezy companies that prey on people in need will end up getting shut down because this has to be illegal.

Scammy pricing…I got sucked in with the offer of weight loss meds for $45, but then the actual GLP-1 products are $150 and up (with their “discount”). On top of this, they have a “body membership” fee that they charge each month which is $45 for the first month and then goes up to $145 per month after that. They don’t allow you to get the medications without this additional fee. I would have been much better off doing better research to find a company that offers more transparent pricing.

Initial interest in GLP-1 pills for a special price.. $45.00. After going through the verification/approval process, they only offered injectables for $99.00 or $299.00. The reason the company gave for only offering injectables was having Medicare. This makes no sense since the medication would not be submitted to Medicare for coverage, but paid for out of pocket regardless of the form the medication is in. Next, they again offer injectables or give the option to cancel. If you cancel, they say the initial $45.00 is not refundable. Wanted to select negative stars.. unable to purchase the Wegovy Pills as advertised.

They operate on the billing you and sometimes with nothing in return. They have billed me before where a prior authorization took over more than a month, and billed me again when they didnt do anything but call the insurance once. My insurance canceled my item on my formulary and apparently ro.co thinks its worth one full month of billing to make one call or check an online insurance portal. Talk about money first and customer second.

I was following the online process for weight loss medication. For some reason, I was unable to upload my photo. An error message resulted every time and I gave up. The following day there was a charge from Ro on the card I had set up for medication. There website is impossible to use to get assistance - literally sends you in circles. I was able to cancel and doubt I'll have any luck getting refund.

Worst experience ever! Wasted over a week of my time with emails other information they needed provided. Then I received an email telling me I was approved. My prescription is sitting at my local pharmacy in Ohio waiting to be filled today January 12 covered by my insurance, which is Humana. Then I received another email telling me it’s not covered by my insurance it needs pre-authorization. Rep replied with an email asking them. Have they called my insurance for the pre-authorization? No response no response for three days. Finally I called Humana myself last night knowing that the prescription is at my local pharmacy today and due for pick up they did advise me once the pre-authorization is called in. They will release approval for the medication for me to pick up today January 12 Monday, however I wake up to an email this morning telling me, unfortunately it is not covered under my Humana insurance. So I called Humana myself. They told me that’s not true. Once they had the pre-authorization they were would release the OK for the medication to be filled! So with that being said, I did all the footwork screenshots of my local pharmacy phone number screenshots of Humana‘s phone number. It’s pretty bad when a representative from Humana was willing to pick the phone up and call this company themselves to preapproved it. They said they’ve never received a call never received any information in regards to medication for Ozempic question! So thank you. to.co for a waste of my time and thank you for lying to me. You are the worst and I hope everyone reads this review before wasting their time.
