Do not sign up for this. Although they say they are not going to charge you until your insurance company approves your prescription. I was charged the $45 without my consent. The $45 is not for the medication. It is for the to.co membership that goes up to $145. The cheapest medication is $199 a month, so they say. It’s a scam unless you have diabetes. And they do not contact your insurance company, even though they claim they do.

Poor pricing transparency. They make false advertising promises of low fees of $50 for most with insurance when every insurance company is different. They hook you in with the low $42 monthly discounted fee, then after they get your money they tell you its non-refundable. Additionally, you will have to pay for the next two months in advance which is well over $200 in monthly membership fees, not including the price for the medication. It's really sad that they feel they need to use dishonesty just to get business from people who are simply looking to get healthy. They really should be more open and honest about their costs and fees upfront.

Very unethical business practice, Offer you the medication at an introductory price. Only to have in their fine print somewhere there’s also a $140 a month membership fee. For what? Absolutely zero value. I will be disputing this with my credit card company, as I did not authorize them to charge me this. I feel scammed!!!

Just beware: if you have no insurance, the pricing was not as clear as it could be. You will pay a monthly fee to RO of $145 then in addition to that is the cost of the medicine either $200 or $250. Or whatever medicine they say you can have without insurance. And, of course, no refund of the initial $45 already paid.

Completely unsatisfactory. At first they accepted the TASC card. Then they didn't. I used another card and asked that my 2nd delivery be expedited as I had run out of Zepbound. I received a response too polite and "perfect" to be anything other than AI generated. "It" "promised to do anything it could to make sure the delivery was in time. The prescription finally arrived almost a week later. The $145 monthly "subscripton fee" is a rip off. Call your own doctor. Have them contact Lilly Direct. It's a much better and more transparent source for weight loss meds.

To much money for what it is! $700 for meds and then a monthly membership on top of it?? No that you! Went to my Dr and had the same meds prescribed during a wellness visit that was covered by insurance. Meds were $4.95 for 90 days supply of 20mg generic cialias!! That is a straight up $695+++ savings not counting the monthly fee. Stay away from this rip off company if you value your hard earned money!

Well I tried to signup for the new ro pill weight loss thing and I answered all the pages of online forms they threw at me honestly. I am 77 years old and I have had severe back and neck stenosis for about 10 years now and have been seeing a doctor here in town for that issue. After I filled all that out it wasn't stated up front to me that I would be paying 159 dollars for the pills monthly and their little care team plan that also cost like 145 dollars monthly. So when I saw like a charge of 149 charge for the first months pills and their 1st months discounted price of 45 dollars on my bank account the very same day I got to checking with these people what this was all about. And that's when I found out about their little additional little care plan they charge you for. And at 77 years old and walking with a cane I certainly couldn't do their little care plan of exercise. So I tried to reason with them to refund the two charges. They refunded the 149 charge but wouldn't refund the 45 dollar charge because someone had actually read my introductory info to get the weight loss meds. No where on their website do they tell you once you submit your info for the meds you will be charged the 45 dollars for someone on their end to just read it. A very deceptive company. And they dont list a phone number so you can't file anything with the BBB in their state. Beware of these RO people
