I tried to get a GLP-1 through Kaiser (worthless insurance that never approves anything!). I am pre-diabetic and the closest I can get to having diabetes (I can’t remember my exact number). This was my #1 reason for wanting a prescription. GLP-1s were first developed for diabetes. Secondly, I’m 4 pounds away from being considered obese and I am overweight. My Ro provider understood my need, was quick to respond, and my prescription was delivered quickly. I highly recommend Ro.

I have successfully started to lose weight, I have more energy, I'm eating healthier, I feel better about myself, my clothes are starting to fit again, and my depression has started to decrease do to the overall experience from taking the pill. My only issue is the extreme monthly cost between the pill and monthly subscription fee I'm not going to be able to stay on the medication to maintain my weight loss. I am on SSDI and my monthly income won't allow me to afford the pill for as long as I need to

The order process for ordering the weight loss meds with RO was unimaginably quick. For reference, going to my primary at Kaiser took me weeks to see my doctor and I’m still waiting weeks later to join a mandatory weight loss class online. I’m glad I reached out to Ro which only took a few hours to place the order. The only problem I’m having now is the order was processed with next day air - yesterday but it’s still with Ro waiting for a UPS pick up. I’m traveling overseas tomorrow so I probably won’t get it in time.

I have not gotten the glp1 yet, so I do not know what sort of support I will get, but so far the communication has been good.
