Dishonest regarding pricing and fees. They try to hide the true cost within their fine print. I would not ever order from this crooked company. Go with someone else to get GLP-1 or other meds.

I signed up with RO because they advertised GLP-1 medication for $49 for the first month, then $149/month after. Sounds reasonable, right? Nope. After paying the $49 upfront, you’re forced to complete a long questionnaire only to then be told the real cost is $199/month for the medication PLUS a $149/month membership fee. That is nowhere near what was advertised. I cancelled my membership within an hour, and guess what? The $49 is non-refundable—even though I never received anything. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch: lure people in with low pricing, then reveal the real (much higher) cost after they’ve already paid. Completely dishonest and misleading. I genuinely hope this company ends up facing a class action lawsuit, and yes, I will be reporting this to the FTC. Consumers deserve transparency, not tricks. Avoid this company

Sent Rx right away which was great. I cancelled my plan on 1/12/26 and got a cancellation email and yet I was charged again on 1/22/26. No one seems to be able to help at customer service. Have to go through credit card to get a refund. Total scam. Don’t do this unless you want to spend hours dealing with them

I was excited that someone was carrying the GLP one pill at a lower cost. I have a medical condition that could benefit, and likely don’t need a full dose. Their ad implied that the first month would be $45. This is not the case. It is $199 minimum so if anyone out there is not covered by insurance, but could really benefit from GLP one don’t waste your time giving them all your information. I personally am tired of deceitful marketing for someone else’s financial gain.

Crooked rip off. Hidden fees not disclosed in sign up, you have to dig deep to find initial charge and subsequent. Add says, get started for $145 but added consultation fee of $45. Then if you don't dig you'll find that fee goes up the next month to $145, so you will pay almost $300...BEWARE...DEALING WITH CROOKS. GOODRX $100/MO CHEEPER SAME PRODUCT!!!

Went through a long process but in the end all they wanted was my card information to move forward. Total scam. Beware. Regarding their reply. They have an upfront fee and a recurring membership fee. All this you have to agree to with your credit card # prior to any discussion requiring medication. This is certainly not upfront pricing. It’s predatory.

After making the $45 payment upfront , I saw that the provider is reviewing for extra testing. There was no upfront indication of this or the cost. When I checked to cancel , it showed there was no membership. Wth was I charged for? I’m contacting my bank about these scammers…

Yesterday was simply the final straw... The doctor did not show up for an appt... I do not have my meds... NO ONE at Ro was available till TODAY for chat- On one explained nor apologized for doc not showing up... They have charged my card for monthly fees DESPITE not having been able to talk to a provider in over 8 weeks... There simply has to be a better option, with CS that will be accessible- UPDATE- then Ro has the NERVE to question on Trust Pilot whether I am a REAL CLIENT! I have EVERY BIT OF IT DOCUMENTED.... Yes Ro, I AM A REAL CLIENT... Yes, your provider did NOT show up for a scheduled appointment ... I could not get ahold of anyone at Ro via chat till the next day ... PRIOR month, out of the clear blue sky, somehow a glitch at Ro caused my acct to get cancelled. In both of the above incidents *and more* Ro EVENTUALLY admitted their mistakes IN WRITING. I can not believe on top of ALL my time wasted with your horrible CS that you would add insult to injury and ask me to waste MORE OF MY TIME to prove I am a real Ro client- All you have to do is look at the CS chain at YOUR company's site... You did not need to ask me to waste MORE of my time to prove I was a real client...I am sure the only reason you questioned it was to try and get my TrustPilot review taken down... I don't take time to write negative reviews- I try and work with a company but this time, Ro's CS was SO egregious, I felt compelled to write this to warn others
