They use deceptive information to suck you in. They make you believe it is $1 45 pet month for everything. Then after you have paid you find that they want another $299 for the meds plus the 145 per month. Not nearly as reasonable as they lead you too believe.

The $45 enrollment fee covers your initial provider consultation and assistance with insurance, while the $145 monthly membership covers ongoing medical support and care management. Medication costs are separate, and if you are using insurance, can be as low as $0-$25/month. The cash pay price for the medications are ultimately determined by the manufacturers and/or your local pharmacy at pick up. I’ve been trying to get my medication—Wegovy/Zepbound since January 15th. Despite being approved by insurance and paying every month, I still don’t have my meds. They keep messing up my insurance info, making me repeat myself over and over, and ignore my clear instructions. I’ve had to chase them for updates, get credits because they can’t deliver what I paid for, and deal with radio silence or copy-paste responses like they don’t even read my messages. The pharmacy issues, the insurance mix-ups, the “out of stock” excuses it’s endless. They clearly don’t care about their patients or their time. I’m beyond frustrated and will NOT keep paying for a service that doesn’t work. Save yourself the headache. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!

I started zepbound 3 months ago with a goal to lose 30 pounds. After the 3rd month they wouldn’t let me increase the dose. I was overcharged the first and second months ( I paid $399 +$149 for 2.5 mg, then $499 + $149 for 5 mg, then $449+$149 for 7.5). The 7.5 mg finally worked and I lost 5 lbs. then they would let me increase. Of course, I can get in anywhere so I cancelled.

Ro Health is absolutely terrible. They will charge your card as much as they can, many time for fictitious orders. Then, you will NEVER be able to speak with a person. Their products are “ok” at best and are expensive. Any positive reviews you read are AI generated, don’t believe them. I’m a real person and I can tell you this site sucks.

Worst experience ever, all customer service is AI, no real people. They promises 149 a month weight loss then after 3 months you must increase your dose, then the price goes to 349 a month. They tell you that after they rob you of a 45.00 membership fee. You cancel and they keep your 45$ fee. No refunds. don't bother.

I decided to go with Ro because of their price point. I was originally told $149 a month but first month was only $45 but I had to pay that upfront before they proceed. Then the bait and switch happens and now my payment is $300 a month. I said no and want my $45 refunded. They refuse to reimburse because that is the cost to have my medical records looked at by a so-called nurse who I was suppose to talk to via Zoom and when I asked her if her only goal is to up my price, I was not interested. She quickly stopped the zoom. Stay away from them unless you are ok being deceived by salesman tactics.

After taking my $199 and $145 they send me an EMPTY vial! I contact support immediately and after days of my missed dosage, taking my money, multiple emails and messages including photos showing the empty vial and how I use the needle to dispense the dosage etc., they tell me to try again and close the ticket! I also submitted a complaint to the BBB. This is a SCAM
